“Eric came highly recommended by a few different coworkers.. took my older vehicle in for an exhaust leak- he fixed it up and noticed a lot of work needed to be done underneath- he was honest about everything and recommended I switch up to a different vehicle.. So I did and took my new (used) vehicle in for him to check out.. and again, honesty won out, and he said it would be more of a project for a specialty place instead of just taking my money for the sake of it.. he refused to take money for the time he had spent checking it out.. I TRUST Eric .. and you can too!! ? He has good CARMA!!”
“My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time.
I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job.
I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end.
I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)”

“Visited Vancouver back in 2022 and on our last day we drove by Juan’s garage and saw a lot of classic Porsches parked, so we stopped by to look at them. Juan saw us outside and invited us into his shop to look at the other customers’ cars that were being serviced and educated us on the different years and models.
On a more recent interaction this year (2024), I saw a Porsche for sale on AutoTrader in Vancouver and called Juan’s garage regarding a PPI and the staff who picked up was very thorough and patient with my questions. I decided not to pursue that car so didn’t end up performing a PPI on it with Juan’s shop. Very positive interactions with this shop and its people!”

It turns out that the oil sensor was not sensing the oil so they change that , but the Warning light did not go away, They were smart enough to figure out. It was the hood latch that is connected to the sensor. Don’t ask. How

if you don’t know, they actually do some service outside of oil changes , in a very timely manner while you wait in your car you’re not going to get that at the dealership! Reasonably priced as well !

After consulting and a full checking with Joe, he expose the problem for me. He repaired my car with very detail of the expense of the part and all parts he got me are really good!
