“Wanted to share my great experience with Rick at 604 Wholesale. I was referred to him from a friend who bought 2 furniture sets previously. Rick was very awesome helping us find our patio sectional with matching chair and table. ZERO sales pressure and he offered suggestions on how we can customize our cushions for more comfort. He even allowed us to take several throw pillow covers home so we could pick the color that made the most sense once we got everything set up.
Due to another order, he was short a corner piece we needed but delivered us the same piece from a floor model that he let us use (so we had a full set) until ours arrived and personally delivered the new piece. Our party deck looks great.
Ricks location may be a little out of the way, but he passes those savings onto his customers and our furniture is great quality. Worth the trip going to see him and will recommend him to anyone asking.”
“Marshalls is an off-price department store located at 4751 Mcclelland Rd in Richmond, BC, that offers brand-name clothing, footwear, accessories, and home goods at discounted prices. It is owned by TJX, the same company that owns TJ Maxx and HomeSense. The store is known for providing a wide selection of products from various brands, all at affordable prices.
Today I was curious about their snacks. I’ve recently tried a brand of oat bites named Bobo’s. It comes in pumpkin, lemon poppyseed, and peanut butter jam. They are DELICIOUS! ?”
“The perfect birthday candles that stick to any surface if you gently hover the base above a flame. Really brightens up any space with a tall, strong flame. Comes in so many different colours too!”

“I bought a Maytag washer from Home Depot in mid-December 2025. After I had the machine for a little bit more than two weeks, I noticed some oil on the laundry floor. I quickly booked the repairing team from the Whirlpool Canada website. A technician came the next day and found out the problem was the transmission. He said he would order the part right away. Two days later, I received an email from the repairing company stating that there was no place to get the part and advised me to contact Whirlpool Canada for an alternative resolution. I called Whirlpool Canada and received the instruction to wait for another two weeks. Almost two weeks later, I received another email from the repairing company stating that they hadn't receive any further information to order the part. The company advised me to contact Whirlpool Canada again. I called Whirlpool Canada and received a firm statement that the one year warranty was just for parts and labor, replacement would not take place. I asked Whirlpool Canada to give me a solid date the repairing would take place. They did not give me an answer. I was told to keep on waiting. It's been a big struggle. I've been waiting for two weeks. How much longer did they expect me to wait? I went to Home Depot, Richmond the next day. I talked to the appliance associate Velly about my situation. I requested for a return and refund. She talked to her management team and my request was approved. I am very grateful to her. After the broken machine was taken away, I went back to Home Depot, Richmond to get the refund and to order a new washer. The appliance associate Shaista was also very helpful. She gave me a discount on the new washer so that I wouldn't need to pay the extra money. I greatly appreciated the help from the Richmond Home Depot appliance department team. I would like to thank them especially those who I mentioned above.”

“My wife loves shopping at Winners. However I do have a complaint. I used to be able to sit on a chair waiting for my wife to shop. Being handicapped it was a pleasant shopping experience. Now they took the seating away to my dismal! I don’t think I will take the time to come out to this winners anymore.”

“This store is impressive with how organized and clean and accurate the entire layout is, especially compared to other Canadian Tires.
Like I'm genuinely flabbergasted to see a Canadian Tire this well maintained, it looks like it came out of a commercial, it looks that good. Well done to this store for real”

“They need to fix the escalators and elevators. Having to go to a hidden spot to access the stairs for the second floor is really inconvenient, especially for those with mobility challenges who don’t have any other options. I hope this can be addressed soon.”
“It's clean! Nice selection. I bought some small plant gifts and the folks I gave them to have appreciated them. T-shirts, food and Asian foods. Lots of variety. So happy to get cut up watermelon for eating on the road, too!”
“Pretty basic Walmart for ya.All though they did seem to have staff that went above and beyond and seemed to take their jobs seriously. At the end of the day the most important thing is you hire people that want to be there. Prices are good per usualL store is well kept and tidy. It’s very busy though. Which can be quite annoying!”
“Had a great time browsing interesting things at this location. I bought the bicycle puff horn, which is a rubber duck with helmet. Would be so fun to put on bike as a bell!”
