Not letting me pick up my package that they made 0 effort in trying to deliver.

Don't come to this location if you don't have to. So many problems here. I am going to generalize here because the problems are just as that. No one knows what's going on here. Better yet. Try using other courier companies. Tell your shipper to use someone else.
