    Whoever Pinky and Michelle are, both person need to get retrained of how to handle customers. Telling customers they are giving you stress is not addressing an escalated situation with your customers. Other branch staff is better

    The service was extremely poor and misleading. Despite being instructed to approach any teller, Kitty attempted to redirect me to the branch manager. Additionally, Stephanie, the manager, exhibited a significant attitude problem.
