About Lids

Lids is a clean and easy-to-find store with friendly staff who are helpful and nice. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of employees like Ronnie and Aadil, who assist with choosing and designing hats. The store offers good deals, such as buy one get the second at 50% off, making shopping worthwhile. However, some customers note that online information about store hours can be outdated, leading to confusion. Overall, it’s a good store with helpful staff and great sales, though updating online hours would improve the experience.
