On one visit, information about a promotion was incorrect, which affected a purchase. Also, only one of two clerks offered a greeting. While the assisting clerk was friendly and knowledgeable, these factors impacted the experience. The location comes highly recommended by many for its valued service, with hopes for a consistently better visit next time.
I went to Mac store this evening. With a lot of customers and there was only 1 lady working at that moment. She handled the situaltion professionally and gracefully. She also gave me great recomendations on lip products. Satified with services and products. 🫶

I don’t normally have great experiences at this location, but Licelle was fantastic! She was juggling a few customers at a time and each of her interactions felt genuine, helpful, and low-pressure. She knew her stuff, gave me recommendations, and still left me alone to try things at my own pace.
