“We had a very nice shopping experience at Midland Appliance, Richmond showroom. Previously I called and talked to Jerry about a certain cooktop. Jerry was very helpful, he answered all our quetions and based on his answers, we decided to buy the product. When we visited the store, Jerry served us. Everything went very smooth. We bought the cooktop and Jerry also scheduled guys to do the installation. We got a good deal and we are happy with our new cooktop . Also I want to mention that the showroom is very beautiful. It is big with so many appliances on a display. We enjoyed being there.

“I live close by and have always loved shopping at London Drugs stores in general but just wanted to leave a review here because I was served by a someone named Prince S. on Black Friday. I didn’t get a super good look at their name tag so, I’m not 100% sure if I have their name right, but they were so delightful! There was always a smile on their face but they never came off as disingenuous. They seemed like a genuinely kind person doing a great job at work while also wanting to provide excellent customer service. Shout out to Prince!!”
“A surprisingly pleasant experience. The item I wanted was only available as a demo at this store and wasn't available online but they arranged for one from another store in short time (it also arrived when they said it would). It seemed a team effort, I dealt with 4 different people but I was never 'dumped' on someone else, they just brought in help/expertise as needed and there were no big delays waiting for responses. Surprising nowadays.”
