We were looking for a gas range and Henry was so knowledgeable and patient explaining all the pros and cons for different models/makes, pricing options, warranty etc. The purchase was a breeze with him explaining all the delivery process and logistics details. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order the next business day due to unforeseen circumstances. We were anxious but Henry contacted us right away even on his day off to process the cancellation. “Lots of parking in this complex. Traffic can be a nightmare around here during the afternoon rush hour as it is close to the tunnel. I would avoid coming here during that time if not urgent. Staff here are helpful and friendly. They always add a till when there is a lineup stacking up. They have the best candy and chocolate section.”
