“Without a doubt, a phenomenal place to spend a weekend with everything included, good clothes, good entertainment and, above all, the food area is very pleasant. ??”
“Times Square can be said to be a gathering place for Chinese people. There are restaurants and clothing stores in the mall that are suitable for Asians, such as people from Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China. The food center on the third floor has many foods from different countries, and the prices are very reasonable.”

“I only frequent the shopper's drug Mart, which is pretty decent. Clean, friendly, good selection, even carries fresh produce and a selection of breads... However, it is not open 24 hours, as sign reads (I believe it closes @ 11pm-12am); and the liquor Mart, which is pretty good too. Fair selection, at a range of price ($15 beer to $3200 whiskey). Staff is friendly, and helpful. But the till closes @ 11pm, on the nose... Even if you're standing at till with card drawn, if (their) clock strikes 11, u will not be making your purchase that night.”
“A big shopping and eating mall. Big supermarket and other shops for daily, kitchen, house, computers. Bakery and many styles of restaurants.Fast food restaurants for your choice too. Besides open oarkung, the mall also have 2 big free parking lots for customer convenience.”
“More like a Chinese strip mall with variety of restaurants there. Busy atmosphere as always. Great location and a great spot for foodies there. Plenty of parking available on site.”
“I highly recommend this shopping mall for snack-buyers especially haha! The stores are interesting, convenient to go grocery shopping at the same time with the big T&T inside. Many choices at food court, love the aisle with Daiso, Dollarama and Smart N save. The alleys are large and clean. It's just enough crowded to feel lively but not overwhelming.”
“Ordered stay beef with instant noodle. It comes with scramble eggs and toast.
Satay beef is pretty good, it has the taste of HK. Scramble eggs are creamy. Milk tea I have to give them an A.
I was there on Saturday at 9:30 and the line up is pretty long but it didn’t take too long getting to the order desk and pick up.
Only downside, this food court is very small so if you go dine in alone, it is hard to find a seat.
One thing for sure , I will come again.”
“A great Little Shopping Center, Scott, all the amenities that you need from FreshCo to a small little drugstore coffee shops. Tino‘s is there. It’s still a Ash and it’s got a vet there. It’s just got a whole bunch of stuff check it out.”
“A nice little Asian mall with a good food court, cute knick knacks and typical Asian groceries. T&T has a massive selection of Asian deli foods and the best coconut bread - it's a must-try!”
“There are numerous restaurants and a plethora of bubble tea shops to choose from! Additionally, I've discovered a reliable grocery store that offers a wide range of Asian ingredients. Whenever I crave baked goods and cake, Janice Bakery is my ultimate destination.”
“Dumpy old school Asian mall at the SW corner of Cambie and Garden City. Had no idea this place even had a food court until my friend discovered it by accident the other day. Parking is available in the middle of the mall, accessed from the S (McKim) or W (Odlin) sides of the complex. The mall is basically a rectangle with stores around the perimeter, and the parkade in the middle. The food court (2F, W side of complex) is pretty dated and beaten up. There was some sort of roof leak in the eating area, so there were buckets on the floor. Since nobody seems to know this place exists, there is quite a bit of seating, which is nice. As of the time of writing, the food court hours are 0900-1900 daily. Places do start closing at 1800 though, so best to come earlier.”

The noodle soups have rich broth and generous toppings, while the rice bowls are filled with tender proteins and seasonal vegetables. The seating area is bright and clean, with tables that accommodate both individuals and small groups. Signage is clear and ordering is simple, making the experience hassle-free. It can become quite busy during lunch and dinner hours, but the vibe remains upbeat, with a pleasant buzz of conversation and the aroma of delicious food wafting through the air.

“Feels like a maze as in most Chinese malls with tiny individual stores. Many stores remain open on a weekday. Very few customers. Bright and clean. Friendly and courteous security guard offered to lead us to the entrance that leads to our parking.”
“After more than a year of renovations, it opens its doors today. Many new seats were added, the lake shore was repaved with stone, the trail was paved with asphalt, and bridges and observation decks were built. A great place for a relaxing walk.”
