They go above and beyond for me when I enquiry a delivery of an envelope that failed to deliver due to the PSAC strike. I decided to listen to their advice and I do not regret because the envelope is delivered after Ve fourth attempts!

First time sending an Amazon return to the US and was worried because the Amazon customs printout was compressed to a small unreadable size. The Asian gentleman said I didn't need any of that, scanned it in and it was promptly shipped out and I got my refund the next day.
