“Top notch in so many ways. We just purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Onyx in Offshore Blue. A very sought after trim level and colour. Most of these are sold before they hit the showroom floor as I soon learned after inquiring with most of the dealers in the Lower mainland. From the very first contact Angus was very professional and worked hard to get us exactly the car we were looking for. It took some time as the only ones available were still in transit from Japan. Angus was in constant contact with me through calls and texts to keep me well informed throughout the process. He even offered us a higher trim model at a good price but unfortunately we were stuck on the colour we wanted so we had to turn it down and continue to wait on our car. All negotiations were completed well before the car arrived and the pickup and process was enjoyable.
Big shout out to the finance department on getting us a competitive rate and the low pressure on various other options and packages. This was way nicer than any other finance department I’ve dealt with in the past.
Thanks also to sales manager Water who seems to allow his sales staff make deals that just aren’t possible at some of the other dealerships around.
