“I wish i could give this place 5 stars as i really wanted to. The head pharmacist is amazing and as i got such great service there despite their early closing time i had my dr send them the prescription i needed filled. When I was running out of medicine i showed up to pick it up and there was a womam working that i had never seen before. She wouldnt give me my Psych medication cuz it had been about 5 weeks since my Dr had sent in my prescription. WHAT? Never had that happen before with.my old pharmacy. I have since had my doctor send them back to my old pharmacy. I liked this place and really wanted to give them my business but the stress this incident caused me wasnt worth it. I really NEEDED that medication...it was a 3 month dose...and to be told they wouldnt sell it to me cuz the prescriotion was sent in too long ago? I was so mad i was crying.”

After a few months, they seemed to know me, and had a good understanding of my needs.The pharmacists and technicians here are friendly and responsive. The owner, Jason is amazing; however, I don’t often see him anymore as he has become more operationally focused as his business has grown. Patrick, who has been at Cridge since earlier days is also amazing and I trust the care he gives me explicitly. I have found it challenging to transition my care from him to any of the new staff members as I am used to Patrick. From time to time, I will also go to the Cook Street location as the pharmacist Chris is fantastic, too. Simply put, Cridge — regardless of the location — provides excellent care.”
