“This branch is a more neighborhood branch with fewer tellers so do expect some lineups and delay. I usually go when they first open at 9am so the wait time is usually minimal.
Visited this branch a few month back because I missed the deadline for a form to be sent back to TD. Julie Rasheed, the manager, not only did she answered my question professionally, but also offered to send the document via internal mail so it would be get there quickly. Her demeanor & positive vibes truly brighten up my morning.
I often enjoy the convenience of online banking and rarely step in a physical branch, so I truly appreciated her help in my time of need.”

“I went to this BMO branch to send a wire transfer to a third party. The bank wasn’t very busy at the time. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and paid close attention to my request. Since the transaction was large, the manager also got involved. They worked together and handled everything efficiently. Although this branch doesn’t seem to get a lot of traffic, everyone who comes in is assisted promptly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and think highly of this branch.”

“I just have to give a huge shoutout to the European girl working at this RBC—she’s honestly a banking angel! I had gone to another RBC branch (15795 Croydon Dr) before, and they told me there was no way to transfer funds to Alibaba for my store deposit because of strict regulations lately, supposedly for my safety. I was so frustrated and thought I was stuck with no solution.
But then this amazing girl listened to my issue with such patience, and guess what—she helped me get it done! Even though it was an international transfer and the process was quite complicated, taking nearly 20 minutes, she stuck with it the whole time. Now I understand why the staff at the previous branch didn’t want to handle it—it was more involved than I initially thought. I’m beyond grateful for her help. If it weren’t for her, I’d probably be switching my business account to another bank. She truly made me feel taken care of, and RBC is lucky to have someone like her!”
