Rude rude rude. Customer service girl was dismissive and rude. Waited 45 mins in line just to get a cost estimate, then asked to go get my card which was with my wife shopping in store, then returned with my card and same girl told me to go to the back of the line. I gave up after 1 hr. Got my tires at Canadian Tire.
