TopSpin Tennis Shop is a great tennis shop with amazing customer service. The employees are very helpful, friendly, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and considerate. They provide great service and great experience. They offer a great selection of shoes and tennis gear. They are proper technicians for racket maintenance, string changes, and grip. They advise on the best strings, tension, and suitable rackets. Service is fast, in record timing. It is a highly recommended store and a favourite shop to visit again.
Customer service is excellent and always available to guide and help. Prices are reasonable, the quality is high, and the overall environment is great.

I purchased badminton shoes here. They had a decent selection of shoes, and also carried lots of other badminton, tennis, pickleball, and even ping pong merchandise. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had no issues returning one pair of shoes to exchange for a size up either. I would highly recommend!

Had the items we needed. Was surprised how much badminton oriented gear was there. Saved us a trip to Richmond. The people working there were nice. Not sure they were versed on badminton as much as other sports. We were able to do a little looking and research ourselves. Walked away happy with the purchases!
