I was out looking to buy a Longines watch for myself. Walked into the store and really liked one of the new hydroconquest. Finalized the watch within minutes. Paid for it and then it was time to size it down to my wrist size. Surprisingly there was no one who could resize the watch braclet properly. I appreciate the Indian girl who did what she could do but the manager was very arrogant and kept telling me to visit them later in the week. So I went back after 2 days and there was another Wana be manager women who again took my watch to resize it and ofcoure could not do it and was told come back later next week. My schedule is so busy that I can't keep visiting the store again and again to get one watch resized, I would not prefer to buy anything from them, and I highly don't recommend the store. moreover, before buying the Watch, I was told there are a bunch of freebies which I can get with this particular brand, but after the billing, I was told that all of the freebies for this particular brand are out of stock, and they would call me once they have it, but of course. I never got the call back from them.”
