“My wife and I were here on Friday afternoon and the sales associates were incredibly helpful and kind. From the moment we walked in they introduced themselves and asked if there was anything they can do to help. That’s what most sales associates in most clothing stores say but they usually don’t actually do it. This store is different. They followed up and checked on us every once in a while offering to start a fitting room and adding clothes to it, asking if they can get a different size or put away clothes we didn’t want to get when we were changing. They truly went above and beyond to help and made the shopping experience very enjoyable. Of course none of that would matter if the clothes in the store weren’t to our liking or were expensive but there were so many amazing clothes it was actually hard to not buy too many at the very affordable prices due to the 40% sale they had plus the 15% members discount. Clothes were more than half the price of what we’re used to seeing in other stores. Excellent quality t-shirts for $20??? Unheard of, right? We bought about 15 and I am set for a few years. This is a truly incredible store you better check out. Well worth the drive from Coquitlam!”
“Gap Factory Outlet surprisingly had what we were looking for. Nice store, nice staff and staff were particularly helpful. With nice staff and nice products, it lead to the sale. Returns with sales receipt accepted within 30 days and does say on the receipt. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, if this store has products we're looking for.”

“Everytime I shop here it’s such a good experience. The staff are so helpful and even if I’m just window shopping they always make sure to check how I’m doing and let me know what the new product is!! I was recently shopping at both dynamite and garage on June 30th and I had such a good time while shopping. There were 2 girls helping me ones name was AJ and I believe the other was Gurleen, I was looking for one of the new crew necks and AJ really helped me in finding the right size, I let her know I wouldn’t be buying it today but she still went out of her way to help find my perfect size for when I come back! AJ and Gurleen both then helped me find options for what pants and shorts to wear it with and I was interested in what Dynamite had as well and they showed me the some of the different items they had that would go well with the crew neck. Again I just loved the experience I had here and even though they knew I wasn’t buying that day they still were super helpful and inviting. I had asked Gurleen who the manager was and she said AJ, I was like woah! I can really see why her staff is so helpful, she really shows how it’s done and has fun while helping the customers. I definitely will keep shopping here, and it’s one of the best stores for shopping in the mall!”

Becuz Coquitlam & Metrotown is always out of stuff.
Cashier was kind & helpful.
Plus with Tsawwassen, after I'm done with my shopping I eat at Arby's which is a 4 minute walk outside the mall. Lol”
