Saj assisted me, and from the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and asked the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. I already had a clear idea in mind, and although the specific color I wanted wasn’t available in my size, Saj suggested I try another color in the correct size.
Once I gave it a thumbs up for fit, he went the extra mile by calling other Epic Menswear locations and successfully locating the exact shirt I wanted. I paid right away, and they arranged for it to be held at the Guildford location—smooth and hassle-free.
At Guildford, I was helped by Mr. Jatin, who took care of the sleeve alteration with great professionalism. Another fine example of excellent customer service.
Epic Menswear clearly has a team of highly competent staff who understand customer relations and genuinely care about the shopping experience.

“Gap Factory Outlet surprisingly had what we were looking for. Nice store, nice staff and staff were particularly helpful. With nice staff and nice products, it lead to the sale. Returns with sales receipt accepted within 30 days and does say on the receipt. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, if this store has products we're looking for.”
“My wife and I were here on Friday afternoon and the sales associates were incredibly helpful and kind. From the moment we walked in they introduced themselves and asked if there was anything they can do to help. That’s what most sales associates in most clothing stores say but they usually don’t actually do it. This store is different. They followed up and checked on us every once in a while offering to start a fitting room and adding clothes to it, asking if they can get a different size or put away clothes we didn’t want to get when we were changing. They truly went above and beyond to help and made the shopping experience very enjoyable. Of course none of that would matter if the clothes in the store weren’t to our liking or were expensive but there were so many amazing clothes it was actually hard to not buy too many at the very affordable prices due to the 40% sale they had plus the 15% members discount. Clothes were more than half the price of what we’re used to seeing in other stores. Excellent quality t-shirts for $20??? Unheard of, right? We bought about 15 and I am set for a few years. This is a truly incredible store you better check out. Well worth the drive from Coquitlam!”

“This location is the outlet store for the lower mainland. Bigger store means biggest selection.
& best selection.
Becuz Coquitlam & Metrotown is always out of stuff.
Cashier was kind & helpful.
Plus with Tsawwassen, after I'm done with my shopping I eat at Arby's which is a 4 minute walk outside the mall. Lol”
