I mean, I didn’t expect that and the fact he did it made my day. Vincent sets the bar for excellent customer service and I hope that his efforts are recognized by the store manager/owner and Ecco.”

“Went in today to exchange my Xmas gifts for a bigger size. Maneet was great as she let us know I could not try them on as company policy which upset me a bit, as I didn't want to have to come back to return them again if the didn't fit. She went above and beyond and found the proper size for me and brought them up to the front for me. Made it super easy great level of customer service. Will definitely be back. Only thing i could complain about was the music playing in the store was absolutely horrible for a place that calls themselves the Champ get a better play list nobody wants to hear that stuff lol thx again Maneet!”

“Reading all the reviews is something else! I had a great experience at Marks. I ordered Dakota work pants online for pick up. WRONG, I missed the pick up button & wrong store. When they came they were too long, so went to Marks Tsawwassen to see what could be done. The women said just go to the back & pick a pair, there weren't any. I asked if they could bring me the right ones, of course she said. When filling out the order form she said it shows a pair in the store, 15 minutes to find them. I was given a gift card for the return, then used the card to pay. But wait, the pants are now on sale & I get a gift card for $20.00. Now that's service!”

It was a little confusing with the pricing at the clearance/sale rounders, he went and figured out how much it was, although it turned out to be not as cheap as I thought, Jorell apologized, which he didn't have to do... “How many stores house an actual skate park?! It’s more fun than a church picnic, but far less filling. West 49 combines practical activity with a healthy dose of retail ennui. Whether you skate or simply injure yourself, it’s a worthwhile stop in an otherwise never-ending mall walk. The staff are pretty good and the prices on par with whatever on par means. Great selection of boards, trucks, skate wear and safety equipment. I feel right at home in this helmet. And I don’t skate.”

“One of my togo places to shop for tights and lowers. It's got great variety and an awesome staff. Carry a good collection of clothing with wide variety of colors and sizes. Definitely recommend it. Prices are also affordable.”

“Massive selection but almost nothing's affordable, a toddlers shoes shouldn't be $60, maybe $30 if they're a sport style shoe or a collector's shoe but still, even for adults affordable shoes shouldn't be more than $50, Walmart shoes are trash quality but last 3 years on average where as DSW shoes get destroyed after like a year and a half for 3x the price”

“Everytime I shop here it’s such a good experience. The staff are so helpful and even if I’m just window shopping they always make sure to check how I’m doing and let me know what the new product is!! I was recently shopping at both dynamite and garage on June 30th and I had such a good time while shopping. There were 2 girls helping me ones name was AJ and I believe the other was Gurleen, I was looking for one of the new crew necks and AJ really helped me in finding the right size, I let her know I wouldn’t be buying it today but she still went out of her way to help find my perfect size for when I come back! AJ and Gurleen both then helped me find options for what pants and shorts to wear it with and I was interested in what Dynamite had as well and they showed me the some of the different items they had that would go well with the crew neck. Again I just loved the experience I had here and even though they knew I wasn’t buying that day they still were super helpful and inviting. I had asked Gurleen who the manager was and she said AJ, I was like woah! I can really see why her staff is so helpful, she really shows how it’s done and has fun while helping the customers. I definitely will keep shopping here, and it’s one of the best stores for shopping in the mall!”

“I visited this shop with my family to get some shoes and the manager Ms. Lily was very much involved and made sure that we had what we were looking for during our process of finalizing the shoes. When we went to pay for the shoes she went out of the way to help us with the billing and suggested the promotion going on. Me and my family would like to thank the manager Ms. Lily for her help.
