“came by a couple nights ago right before close to buy a cat tree for a christmas gift and was trying to be very quick because it was late and i didn’t want to waste the staffs time. i was trying to be quick but the cashier (her name was Anita i believe?) told us about an offer in the app that will get us points and her aswell as a male member of staff took their time and stayed a little past close just to help us out. Super nice and helpful 10/10 customer service thanks guys :)”

I called this business and received amazing customer service. 2 big bags of cat litter have been put away for me until I arrived. “Bosleys Ironwood is a wonderful store. The new location is much bigger with 2 dog washing stations. They have absolutely everything you need. My dog loves to visit the store. But what really makes it amazing is the staff. They're caring, knowledgeable, and always remember us and our doggo. I highly recommend Ironwood Bosleys!”

I also appreciate they don't sell a lot of the crappy brands out there which shows they do their research and really care about animals. They carry quality products and its nice they support rescued animals too. The staff are always friendly and helpful so its an enjoyable experience shopping there”

“our golden doodle got into some fire sticks(I believe that is what they are called) ? those cactus like plants that are new to the area since i’ve been here last, she only made contact for a second with this bush at the No 3 rd dyke park (i didn’t even know they grow down here now, I know they grow in the interior, but apparently they’re here now too) and she had cactus flowers imbedded into her hair (double coated dog too) and we had no scissors we could tell she was in pain as she yelped when she barley touched it looking for her ball and ran to us. At first I thought it was stinging nettle but nope. The women at Tisol on august 25 2024 helped us get it out of her ear and saved us so much money on a vet bill. They only charged us for the scissors, they were so good with her, giving her treats, keeping her calm , they really knew what what they were doing. Both women saved us a huge vet bill as I had no idea what to do. My mom has always said this location is amazing and the staff are incredible and man were they helpful and amazing today! I highly recommend them, and we will be buying all of her food while we’re in town from here. great staff , great business !! They made my baby feel safe, they are highly knowledgeable, and gently took care of her and she was back to being happy as a clam after they cut out all the cactus plants stuck to her ear hair. I was just going in there to ask what to do and purchase scissors and they took over and helped us so much, i’ll forever be thankful to the two woman working there! They completely went above and beyond!”

“Took my really nervous dog to one de fur. I was anxious about whether she would be okay. It turned out amazing! It looked like they had a big gentle fluffy emotional support dog there, which probably put her more at ease.
They gave her such a lovely haircut and she smelt AMAZING. She was like a toy! Her fur was so soft and they'd really taken care of her.
Have never gone anywhere else ever since. Little pricier than other places, but worth it!
I've moved areas now but I drive all the way back just for this place. Worth it ?”
