“We boarded our cat Max with PETPLS over the weekend. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great - they almost immediately replied to our questions and we felt that they really cared about Max. They sent us regular updates as well as pictures and videos of our cat. The place is also really clean. When we picked Max up, all his things were already packed and he was in his crate ready to go. The staff really know what they are doing, they are very organized and we would be happy to have Max stay with them again.”
“Bosleys Ironwood is a wonderful store. The new location is much bigger with 2 dog washing stations. They have absolutely everything you need. My dog loves to visit the store. But what really makes it amazing is the staff. They're caring, knowledgeable, and always remember us and our doggo. I highly recommend Ironwood Bosleys!”

“My experience at this store has always been delightful. They definitely do the above and beyond with taking care and grooming my feisty cat. She can be a handful and they are extremely patient with her and will take care of all her/our needs.
A situation occurred where after my cat had been groomed, I realized that her behind was full of her poop due to her hair being too long there, and when I had called in to see if they can take care of it, they were happy to allow me to walk in (2 weeks later) and they did a clean and trim at her behind at no charge!
They definitely want to create a good relationship with their customers and are not money hungry like other places, they definitely show that they care about us and our pets!
110% satisfied, have been their customer since they have opened up, and forever will be. Thank you all very much for your service!

“This place has everything you need for exotic animals — rabbits, reptiles, birds, you name it. Prices are totally reasonable and the staff are super kind. They always help with packaging and even offer extra bags without asking.
So convenient for pet owners in Richmond who don’t want to drive all the way to big chain stores.

“I really enjoy this Richmond Bosley’s. Staff are friendly and chill, as I would expect a pet store staff to be. I went to one around kitsilano and the guy working there had to go out of his way to remind me in a slightly authoritative way that I need to sign in first before using the dog wash station next time. With this Bosley’s, all I need to do is walk in, give a quick shoutout to the staff and walk straight to the dog wash station. The individual treats at the counter are very overpriced, but their selection of treats are not bad. It could be better with more local brands or small business brands though!”

“My dog was refusing to use stairs the because his nails were too long.. It was hard for me to find an appointment somewhere to fit my schedule in the next few days. One de fur let me drop in with him right away. He hates getting his nails done and they were so great with him! Also great prices :) my dog left super happy and comfortable. As you can see from my photo he was happy during the trimming as well”

“I've had nothing but good experiences here! All the staff are great but we are especially lucky to have Jing Yi as our groomer at this location. My rescue pup has trauma and we had a hard time finding a groomer that can trim his nails without using force. Today was our third visit with her. I could tell he trusts her now by the way he walked in with her after I dropped him off and she mentioned he's showing improvement. Thank you, Jing Yi, for your patience and your kindness always! 15/10 would recommend her to anyone!”
