“came by a couple nights ago right before close to buy a cat tree for a christmas gift and was trying to be very quick because it was late and i didn’t want to waste the staffs time. i was trying to be quick but the cashier (her name was Anita i believe?) told us about an offer in the app that will get us points and her aswell as a male member of staff took their time and stayed a little past close just to help us out. Super nice and helpful 10/10 customer service thanks guys :)”
“This place has everything you need for exotic animals — rabbits, reptiles, birds, you name it. Prices are totally reasonable and the staff are super kind. They always help with packaging and even offer extra bags without asking.
So convenient for pet owners in Richmond who don’t want to drive all the way to big chain stores.

“Bosleys Ironwood is a wonderful store. The new location is much bigger with 2 dog washing stations. They have absolutely everything you need. My dog loves to visit the store. But what really makes it amazing is the staff. They're caring, knowledgeable, and always remember us and our doggo. I highly recommend Ironwood Bosleys!”

Got me what I needed, helped me understand how to set it up, and even helped me pre-size the Martingale for my puppy. When people say support local they mean businesses like this!!”

“My dog was refusing to use stairs the because his nails were too long.. It was hard for me to find an appointment somewhere to fit my schedule in the next few days. One de fur let me drop in with him right away. He hates getting his nails done and they were so great with him! Also great prices :) my dog left super happy and comfortable. As you can see from my photo he was happy during the trimming as well”
