“Mahesh Joseph is a true gem. His autobody shop, CSN Cosmos, knows the true meaning of honest end-to-end quality customer service. He executed an urgent and timely repair on the family 2009 CRV SUV.
Here is my experience with CSN Cosmos and the reasons why I recommend doing work at his autobody shop:
1. After setting an appointment, he did a full onsite high level overview of the damages to the CRV and provided a reasonable and agreeable assessment.
2. To ensure a swift turn around, he also liaised me with his Paint-less-Dent-Repair contact in Port Moody which resulted in a 24 hour turn around.
3. I then brought the vehicle in his care and he assured me that CSN Cosmos would do a complete removal of any rust, rectification of all damages, and a beautiful blended paint job so that the CRV would look like new.
4. My case was unique as I had to fly out in 2 weeks. Not only did he accommodate my schedule, he was able to exceed it and deliver my vehicle within 10 days.
In summary, I invite all of you to take your car here for any autobody work; you will be impressed! Guaranteed!

“I would give 6 stars if I could! Very fair and honest with estimates. I had a scrape on my car and instead of repainting etc, (which I thought it needed) they simply buffed it for a few minutes on the spot!!! Took under 15 minutes at the shop. He was quick and accurate with the quote and handled the ICBC process seamlessly.
Rina, who manages the office, is a true pleasure to watch in action—she’s precise, incredibly fast, kind, and efficient, solving problems and assisting customers with the skill of a conductor leading an orchestra. Although I didn’t see the repair work firsthand, I expected my car to be ready in a week. To my surprise, it was returned to me in excellent condition within just two days.

It was an easy fix but he did for free instead of suggesting to paint the whole door like other shop suggested. He also gave me e few other tips on how to maintain my car well. “Out of all the places in Vancouver to get your car repaired, I would recommend this Craftsman location!
I previously had my old car repaired there about 5 years ago and returned following a collision with my new car (Subaru forester).
The staff were communicative about the repair timeline, courteousness throughout, and made an otherwise annoying task in my day go smoothly!
