“My recent two deliveries from Naturally Urban has been slightly unsatisfying (previous bag of dry food delivered with a small puncture, and this time my order was out for delivery for 8 WHOLE HOURS, causing interference with my personal schedule). However, I am still very content with the service provided by NUPet for their availability of great quality cat food, cat litter, and their free delivery service for customers living in the Vancouver area.”
“I love this store! It has everything you need for your cat and stuff you didn’t know you needed. They were super kind to let me use their washroom and you can see the epic Bon Jovi poster too! I got a laser pointer for my cats and they love it. While I was there the owner sang karaoke songs on this microphone she had? it was a hilarious visit!”

“We’ve taken our Lagotto to a few groomers and each time it took a few appointments before the groomer was able to meet our requests - as there are some specific things to ensure a Lagotto looks like a lagotto and not just another doodle. But Pupper Palace was able to get the cut right the first time. Whereas other groomers appear to be rushed and even nervous when you provide them instructions, Pupper Palace really listened and made suggestions. Happy with the experience :)”

“Ironically, I used to work here many years ago and it is a wonderful pet store full of wonder especially for dogs! Bring your dog in the store and he is welcomed by a great staff ready to find him the perfect treat for making the journey to this destination. My favourite part of working here was playing’Santa Clause’ in full costume to take portrait photos with your pet at Christmas time. People lined up for hours just to get a chance to sit their dog or cat with Santa for a portrait! Great idea!
The store is on the ‘huge’ side for the area and carries some of the best animal clothes and leashes including a huge variety of brand food names and cat trees and houses and dishes and bowls for your furry little friends! Animals are welcome in the immaculately clean shop, with a very modern warehouse design. Definitely worth checking out if you are in and around the area.”

“I have been buying The Granville Island Pet Treatery snacks for my dog for some time. My dog loves the dried out sardines and I’m happy to feed them to her. Not only are they single ingredient but they leave her coat so nice and shiny. I recently had an issue with my last order and when I communicated this with the support team I was contacted right away and the situation was rectified immediately. Not only great food for animals but great customer service that is so appreciated. I live out of province. I will continue to support and get snacks shipped from this company! They are highly suggested, and both animal and human approved.”

“Best pet store I've shopped at. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable, and really know how to look after fish. I bought a lot of supplies from them and they were honest and even told me what I wouldn't need (i.e. they weren't just pushing to make money). They actually care about the customers and the fish. And their aquascapes are incredible. Just ordered tank supplies and had them shipped to Ontario and WOW. They put so much care into packing everything carefully. Definitely shopping there again even if I don’t live in Vancouver anymore.”
“My dogs teeth needed to be cleaned (especially the top of the back teeth) and was unsure of how useful a non vet cleaning would be since the price ($250) was so different compared to doing sedation pricing($750+for a med/large dog) I took the chance and couldn't be happier, my dogs teeth are very clean now and I'm not worried about gum damage or having to have any of his teeth pulled, will use them every year or rwo to ensure my dogs teeth stay healthy! This works best with easy going dogs, sometimes you need the sedation for important reasons.. like not getting bitten. Also if your dogs teeth are too bad they wont be able to do it, as it will cause pain and again sedation is necessary. This is preventative dental care for your dogs and I highly recommend it so it doesn't get to that level!

“Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the asst. manager Bruna (I believe that was her name) for her great customer service. I came in looking for a bag of dog food shortly before they closed, but they unfortunately did not have it in stock at the W. 6th location.
Without prompting, she offered to call another store to check inventory, and had them set aside the last bag for me to pick-up. The anticipatory service was an unexpected breath of fresh air in going the extra mile for a customer. Thank you for your efforts and for looking after us!”
