I ordered a second locker online and phoned them to follow up, and the assistant offered me a similar locker to the one I already own, right next to it - a difference of 8 floors! She was super friendly and efficient in making the necessary arrangements. I have been with them for many years and can recommend. E.g. if you can't make a payment on time, feel free to negotiate with them. They are very understanding and professional.”

“Key Self Storage is THE BEST self storage in the lower mainland hands down. Great facility, great staff and CRAZY cheap prices. It really doesn’t get any better than this.
The facility is modern and clean with a roll up gate big enough to park a moving truck INSIDE the building! Perfect for the rainy city. Tons of space to move with the biggest elevators I’ve ever seen in my life which made loading the storage locker really quick. My locker even has a view of the mountains!! It’s honestly outstanding, I’ve truly never seen a storage facility with this much thought and care put into the customer experience. 10/10 the facility is perfect.
The staff are on another level when it comes to customer service. So kind and helpful. They’ve greeted me with a warm welcome anytime I’ve gone in there and have always been happy to help anytime I needed something. Beyond just professional courtesy, it’s clear they genuinely care about people. 11/10 great people and top notch service.
Best part, they’re also some of the cheapest lockers in the city. All across the board, best self storage in town.”

“Everything is done on web but if call for question they respond quickly nice service. They have like 3 locations may need to look are available units. I picked one near coal harbor. Located inside a parking structure so easy to drive very close to unit and move boxes. They also have cart available if needed. Look secure.”

They provide trolleys, have 2 key padded entries and a key lock on the door of the actual storage so you never have to question the security of your things. Kimmy always brings a kind smile to the table. She has been very lenient with me in making payment plans so I can make sure I don't lose my whole life and get my normal life started again.”
“Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.”

However, when I walked into Nation Wide Self Storage Boundary, I had the pleasure of speaking to Salmin. He was friendly, welcoming, and showed an abundance of patience as he answered all the questions I had, seamlessly navigating me through the process. I felt like I was chatting with my long time friend who genuinely cared and listened to my storage needs. After walking me through a few options, it was an easy decision for me as the 10x10 locker was the best deal I came across with the promotion Salmin offered.
