“I just received exceptional service from the whole family!! I had a complicated frozen shipment and they took the time to repack my box and make sure that my parcel would arrive safely. It’s rare to receive service like this. Thank you!!”

“We had an excellent experience returning a package at UPS today, especially thanks to Ali, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Even though we arrived close to closing time, he assisted us with a smile, and when we forgot a document to put inside the package, he kindly helped us fix it right away. Ali made the process smooth and pleasant, and we’re grateful for his exceptional customer service.”

“I had a really good experience, dropping off an item at this location. I went very unprepared. I didn’t have my return label printed, and I didn’t even have a package to put my item in. The staff working there was very helpful and took care of everything. This was not my first good experience and after yesterday‘s visit, I had to write a review and appreciate them.”
