“I have been interested in the blue dial Duoface Reverso Tribute for quite a while. It was one of a few watches I plan to acquire but not sure which one to get first. Last week, while I was shopping around this boutique, I took an unplanned visit to this boutique and saw the Reverso in the real thing. Under the spotlight, it was amazing! I love this watch immediately. I moved the Reverso to the top of my watch list and came back to the boutique to buy it the next week. Charlie is such a wonderful person. We talked about watches generally, and he showed me the history of the Reverso and some very unique models, which I did not previously know. I enjoyed the visit, as Charlie was very friendly and chatted with me like an old friend. This watch immediately becomes my favorite in my collection. Will definitely keep in touch with this boutique for any new models that may be coming out in the future.Perhaps because of the angle of the camera, the watch looks bigger in picture than its real size. It looks absolutely perfect on my wrist.”
“Hands down the best store in the city for luxury resale. Beyond sourcing great items, this store masters the art of customer service. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. They were so patient as we made a few trips to view the same item before purchasing. When you purchase from Modaselle you can have 100% confidence in the authenticity of the items (this does not hold true for competitors in the city). They also had our appraisal updated for no additional charge to ensure we could insure our purchase. This was done all on behalf of Modaselle with no additional work from us. “I originally was looking at a 3861 Moonwatch in Hesalite at a retailer closer to me, but I decided to give the Boutique a call and after a 5 min conversation with Jike Zhou I knew that the only place I would give my money and time to would be the Omega Boutique at the Fairmont. The experience was by far one of the best I have had purchasing a luxury item like a watch. My wife and I entered the store and were immediately greeted by Jike and he not only remembered my name but made us feel welcome. Jorge was the other gentleman that was on the floor and he too took the time to greet us, made us feel at home and brought out sparkling water and later nice 12 year old McAllan. The store was somewhat busy with other customers so Jorge took the time to talk to us about the history of the moonwatch. He brought an Omega book and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. We shared some laughs and soon I was enthralled to be there even more. Jorge and Jike were truly class people and cemented this experience in me for future purchases at this Boutique. They both spent time with me, shared their wisdom and let me be as particular as I am without question or hesitation. I walked out smiling and wearing my all time favourite piece on my wrist, it was not just a memory it was an experience I will cherish. It also made a fond, memorable purchase for this particular watch and I loved the whole process.

“We had a wonderful experience in David Yurman. Our wedding anniversary is coming and being on vacations from a small US city we were shopping for a diamond ring in Vancouver. Sells representative, Ms. Kendy Chan was the most helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. However, at some point it became obvious that we will not make a purchase in Canada (12% tax rather than 6% and possibly duty on the border). Regardless, she gave us the most of attention. After returning to the US, we ordered the same ring from New York city. We were very impressed with Ms. Chan’s fantastic customer service and her dedication to David Yurman and its customers. “I just wanted to take the time to share how incredible my sales associate, Dara Buscema, is! I started my Cartier journey last year, and it was so important to me to find someone who truly understood me — especially because I’m extremely picky and very detail-oriented. I had done extensive research and knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the packaging (the most important part haha).
From the second I met Dara, I told my boyfriend immediately that I had found my person. She is the sweetest, most friendly, caring, and knowledgeable queen!
