6530 Old Kamloops Rd, VernonOur greyhound, Ella, was a challenge to feed until we tried her on Common Sense. No enthusiasm for the other raw products we tried, then finally success with Common Sense! It works so well for her touchy digestion and her skin and coat are super healthy. The quality is evident in both the look and smell of the product. No pale pucks here due to an abundance of good ingredients. Thanks, and keep up the awesome work!

My questions are always answered in a friendly manner.This evening I server in for some dry cat food, wasn't too sure which one my wife usually gets. The guy behind the counter looked up what we regularly get, takers need obey to where it is, and carries a bag back to the counter for me. Great service, no issues.Now as a sidenote, with the overwhelming tipping culture that seems to be everywhere, it's nice to see that there was no force-fed tipping option on the interac machine. It may indicate that the owners pay a decent wage and are not expecting the customer to be guilted into subsidising the employees washers.

The dog bath area was well organised and looked after as well as the rest of the store. The dog hates baths but he loves the treats after!

She is SO GOOD and only charges $5! I always ALWAYS give her $10 because the stress of me having to do his nails or even have her do it is totally worth more than even that! And she always spoils him with treats at the end; he LOVES HER!! Can't rave enough about this place!!!

I can always leave feeling like I know the plan, what to watch for, and that my cat is in the right hands. Over the years, they’ve been there for everything, from regular checkups and small visits to emergencies and even the heartbreaking loss of one of my cats. The cider is always delicious and the fried chicken was delicious and the presentation was very up scale! We sat at the bar and the bartender was great! Had a fabulous conversation about skiing and of course the cider and food! Can’t wait to return!
