Sav showed so much love, patience, and care throughout the entire appointment. Knowing that Molly’s first grooming experience hadn’t gone well, Sav took the time to work at Molly’s pace and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way.
When I arrived to pick her up, Molly was wagging her tail and genuinely happy — which says everything. I’m so grateful for the care Sav gave her, and I’ve already booked Molly’s next appointment. Highly recommend. ??

5604 24 St, VernonI regularly pick up my animal products here, and have been for several years. Since this year they seemed to hired on a new girl. On two separate occasions, I’ve witnessed the girl interacting with customers and children above and beyond and so positively. Approximately a month ago, I watched her pretend to pull a bird feather out from behind a young child ear. I was in again today and witnessed her joking with a young child again, and allowing one of their parrots to climb on the child’s head, as she joked that the child was getting her hair done at a “bird salon” I’ve gone to other stores and have yet to see such positive interaction between staff and customers. Watching the little girl go back to say goodbye to the staff member warmed my heart. I do not leave reviews but felt this needed to be said. Keep this staff member at all costs. You do not find workers like this often to walk into a store and feel a persons warmth is a great feeling.

5145 26 St, VernonI have a very fearful pup who was rescued 6 months ago. Scared of everyone except the groomers a Wet Spot apparently. Such calm energy. They even let her sister stay with her as emotional support. They do an amazing job with the groom as well as nail trim. Worth every penny. Love that they have an online booking system now as well.

5001 24 Street, VernonI’ve been using Creekside Animal Hospital for over 12 years and honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely fussy about where my dogs go - and Creekside is amazing. I actually drive from Kelowna because the care is 110% worth it.
The front-end staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the entire team is kind, compassionate, and professional.
Dr. Rijnen is amazing… I cannot say enough good things. She’s kind, patient, gentle, and always willing to listen to my concerns. She always takes the time to explain things in a non rushed way and provides excellent follow-up advice and care.
Thank you to Dr. Rijnen and the whole Creekside team for being such a safe and trusted place for my Goldens . I truly appreciate everything you do.

Being there honestly feels like being back home in Pakistan. The food is the closest to authentic Pakistani food I’ve had here. It reminds me of my mom’s cooking, and as a desi, you know that is a huge compliment! Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and full of flavour. I would highly recommend Shahi Pakwan to anyone looking for genuine Pakistani food and amazing hospitality

Since we moved to Vernon, I have checked out a couple coffee spots, and Ratio is by far my favourite for flavour, both in their coffee and food. We have usually stopped in here on our travels for a coffee or sweet treat, but recently I just tried their CLASSIC EGGS BENNY, and all I can say is DELICIOUS. The pickled red onions and pickles on the side elevate the dish so well, and the price is right!
The atmosphere is so cool in here, there is an outside patio, an inside lower seating area in the front where you order, and if you make your way through the hallway there is more seating in the lower level PLUS loft seating up above.
The owners are personable, and you can tell they hire the best staff on purpose. You won’t regret trying this spot out!
Also they have donut Friday, the donuts will blow your mind!

Staff are always amazing and kind. They are super helpful. They are the stars in this review. I hope the owner holds onto them like gold! I really dislike chains though they tend to treat franchise owners and workers not so good.
