“With the costs of everything going up, it's nice to find a store that provides high quality, well cared for 'used' outdoor clothes and gear, at reasonable prices. Also, being able to consign unused or items that no longer 'fit' is a super way to stretch the budget.”

Special shoutout to Carlos who has been incredibly helpful when stringing/demoing/purchasing racquets and very generous with his time when educating me about their products.My only criticism is the FINAL SALE return policy for items on sale as I think it has prevented me from making a few shoe purchases here, but this qualm is definitely not enough to deduct a star.”
“On my way down island to play at westhills, my son decides to tell me he needs his skates sharpened. I dropped in to see if I could get them sharpened right away as the game started in 25min!! The staff were right on it. I was walking out the door 10 min later with perfectly sharpened skates. Huge Thank you!!”

This place is selling Hokas like hotcakes during the job action. If you’re out there each day picketing on the pavement and your feet/knees/back hurt, then run - don’t walk - down to the Running Room. Hopefully they still have your size!”
“We go here every year for my daughters dance attire. The team is absolutely amazing. They are patience, helpful and very knowledgeable of the different dance wear. Someone came in after closing and they still helped them withiut even mentioning they were closed. I have seen them work past their hours to make sure everyone gets what they need a few times. Highly recommend for any of your dance needs.”

“My experience is solely based on the service that I received from Prapti at this location a couple of weeks ago (sorry for the late feedback)
I was browsing the store and about to leave when I met Prapti. She was exceedingly kind and approachable. After speaking with her for a few minutes and letting her know that I was on my way out she tried assisting me again and I ended up making the purchase. She made me feel valued as a customer, she was empathetic and understanding with a great sales touch. Not enough businesses have people like Prapti working for them these days. She is the kind of employee that helps build loyal customers, which are rare now.
