“Brian, thank you for your work on our camper on August 22. We finished our 14,000 mile, 93 day journey from Daytona Beach Florida to Anchorage and back last month. We recall with gratitude your willingness to align the front end and replace the front tires even though our Roadtrek van did not fit easily on your lift. Thank you for working us into your schedule as we traveled through. Without your kindness and competence our journey could have turned into a nightmare with our badly worn tires after miles of misalignment on gravel and frost-heaved roads in Alaska.

“My 2023 Bronco Sport driver side door was hit by another vehicle. After researching online and calling multiple dealers, I finally decided on Coache Collision as they were recommended on numerous sites and they were able to get my vehicle in for an inspection the quickest. I have aftermarket speakers in the driver door and a weather tech rain guard on my driver side window. They said it would not be an issue installing those on the new door, and if they had any issues with it they'd call me. Their reassurance and understanding was highly appreciated. They followed up with me when there was a delay in shipping the glass from the dealer, and gave me a new estimated delivery time. I had called them later to follow up and took the time to explain to me what was going on. They were very professional on the phone. My vehicle came back sparkling clean and everything in tact. Speakers worked and the rain guard was installed properly. I highly recommend this shop for your auto body needs. Thank you for bringing my baby Bronco back to me in immaculate condition. “I have had my vehicle serviced at Art's automotive twice now. Both times the service was quick, friendly, and for the first time in a dozen years of maintaining my older vehicle, I have found a repair shop that is fair and honest. No up-selling or gouging, just straight up good workmanship. I just had them clean out the drains for my sunroof which were very clogged with leaves etc., and they did it for free. I wish I could give them an extra star. Can't recommend Art's Automotive enough!”

“I wouldn't normally call a vehicle breakdown a positive experience but in the category of vehicle repair , I'd give this one a 5 Star ! Our 2009 cottage van overheated off the ferry in Horseshoe Bay and we had to abandon it on Marine Drive in West Van late at night. The next day I googled the nearest potential help and that happened to be Peter at West Van Automotive. As we lived 45 min to an hour away, Peter rescued the vehicle , brought it to his shop and fixed the problem for less than half the price of what a tow would've cost to get it to my mechanic in Richmond.His communication was both instant, friendly and reassuring. He was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic and sourced out parts at a fraction of the cost of dealer prices. He took away all the stress of abandoning a car an hour across the city with the uncertainty of a potential costly mechanical problem. I was so impressed that I had Peter take care of some other long deferred steering issues and he resolved those in the same manner, sourcing less expensive but good quality parts and always keeping me abreast of the potential costs prior to taking action. The cottage workhorse now drives like a new van !
It was old fashioned personal service at its best. Peter is a delight to deal with and if you were going to have a legendary experience getting a broken vehicle back on the road this would be it !”
