“Came into the store looking for shorts and walked out with shorts and more. Cole did an amazing job serving my needs within seconds of entering the store. Asked for what I was looking for and within a couple mins he had 4 or 5 articles of clothing for me to try, most of which I ended up buying. He has a great sense of what you're looking for and seems to have a great eye for style and personal detail. I'll be back again and again when the service is that good. Cole has a talent for this and I know that he'll go far with his attitude and aptitude towards his customers. “I really like the staff and honestly just came here to buy corny shit for my friend. My complaints do not criticize this store itself, but the people that go there regularly. Whenever I walk in here I feel like a small deer that has the scope of 8 rifles pointed at me constantly. Quite frankly, I do not feel scared or intimidated, but rather just…awkward? I got a guy cosplaying as Mclovin on one side of the store and a 7 foot bulldozer on the other side dressed as a femboy twink. I feel like I walk into a Rick and Morty episode every time I walk in there. I feel like a really awkward dear. Does that make sense? Some days it’s kind of slow and there are actually NORMAL people in the store. But on busy days you can find so many 10s and 1s. The only reason I’m not giving this place 4 stars is because I actually got someone’s number in the store, so thanks

“The both times I’ve been here I’ve had great service. It’s not too busy at this location, no lineups for changing rooms, and there was AC for the hot summer weather so that’s a refreshing bonus.
They had a good sale, 40% off for everybody + an additional 10% for members.
A helpful employee (cashier ID: 1340686 according to my receipt) went above and beyond. She found the exact shirt size I was looking for, assisted me with singing up to receive 50% off my total purchase during the sale. She also price matched an item I had bought the previous week, which already had a 40% discount available to all customers, and thanks to the membership, I received an additional 10% off on top of that.

“I would like to recognize an outstanding team member at your Levi’s store for exceptional customer service and compassion. I arrived at the store just 12 minutes before closing, as I had planned to come earlier but needed to nurse my 2.5-month-old baby. I was excited to purchase my first pair of trendy Levi’s jeans after pregnancy, having worn maternity pants for so long.
I live two hours north of the closest Levi’s store, and online shopping was not a great option for me since my body had changed after having a baby. I happened to be in the city that day, so this was my only opportunity. Despite the limited time, my uncertainty about sizing, and having my baby with me, the team made me feel genuinely welcome and eager to help.
The sales associate who assisted me was truly amazing. She helped me find the right style, brought multiple sizes, and confidently recommended the correct fit when I was unsure—explaining that the jeans would relax slightly with wear. Her product knowledge and reassurance made all the difference. Even more impressively, she stayed past closing time to ensure I was taken care of. The receipt time stamp shows 7:12 p.m., confirming she stayed late to help me complete my purchase.
A month later, I am still absolutely thrilled with the jeans and continue to receive compliments on them. Helping a sleep-deprived new mom find the perfect pair of jeans in under 15 minutes is no small feat, and this was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.”
