Great customer service by one of the managers. I forgot to ask her name but I think she was Persian and either a manager or supervisor. Please send her my gratitude she was very kind and helpful.

H&M was disappointing in terms of customer service. The staff, including the sales leads, were not helpful or supportive at all. It felt like there was no interest in assisting customers, which really affected the shopping experience. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a well-known brand.
