“I had a great experience at Nationwide Storage. Charu was exceptionally helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me around, walked me through all the available storage options, and made sure I understood everything clearly. The facility is clean, secure, and the customer service makes all the difference. Highly recommend asking for Charu if you visit!”
“My journey through the past few years have changed and the staff at Downtown U-lok have always been able to accommodate my needs. The building is secure and everything I’ve needed to downsize and relocate has been available. I recommend this place constantly as they are understanding and always help out community. Thank you for being there for me.”
“These three Tiger🐅🐅🐅 did an amazing job! They worked very fast and handled all my heavy and fragile stuff with great care. I thought the move would take until late at night, but they finished much faster than I expected and saved me a lot of money. (I even tipped each of them $200 because they deserved it!)
Smart Movers does great work. Highly recommend!”
“Had a great experience with this company! They were quick, efficient, and really hardworking. Super friendly and easy to work with, and the pricing felt fair. Would definitely recommend!”
“What an incredible team with Alihan and Stephen! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate so clearly - everything was explained and they answered all our questions! The building is secure, the storage unit is clean and doesn’t smell bad, which is a huge relief. Easy and clear booking process online. We’re happy to have our things stored here and will update this review after the month is up!”
“I have used Vault Valet Storage on 3 separate occasions. I have found them to be a professional and cost-effective solution for my storage needs. They are the best storage solution in the Lower Mainland.”
“I needed to make some changes on my account. Paris was very efficient and helpful and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this location for your locker rental!”
“Barry at Vancouver Self Storage is genuinely one of the most helpful and kind people in the business. He always answers when we need somewhere to store our vehicle and somehow finds a way to help us, even at short notice. He’s even gone above and beyond to help us out with a dead battery!
Bob is also a great help whenever we need him, and together they make the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free.
The containers are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the entire facility is secure and very well positioned. We always feel completely comfortable leaving our belongings here.
We couldn’t recommend Barry, Bob and Vancouver Self Storage highly enough. Wonderful service from genuinely good people who care about their customers.
Thank you!”
“I recently utilized a storage facility that truly exceeded my expectations, and I want to share my experience.
From the outset, the staff were amazing. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process with ease. Whether it was answering my questions about unit sizes or explaining the rental agreements, their positive attitude made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.
The facility itself was impressively clean. Every area, from the hallways to the storage units, was well-maintained and tidy. This attention to cleanliness gave me confidence that my belongings would be kept in a safe and organized environment.
Additionally, the security measures in place were commendable. The facility was well-lit, equipped with surveillance cameras, and had secure access controls, which reassured me that my items were protected.
Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone in need of extra space. With an outstanding staff, a clean environment, and top-notch security, it’s a reliable choice for all your storage needs!”
“i've had multiple location experiences with advanced self storage. 3 to be exact. 2 out of 3 are positive experiences. I'd say overall they are a good ppl to do business with ofc nobody's perfect.... :))”
“A great Canadian company and service that is outstanding. Tyler (driver) arrivedon time as scheduled and took extra time to assess the cube landing area, ensuring it was safe and accessible , and level given our environment. Working with logistics (Marc) for extensions and pickup times were easy to coordinate and flexible. Marc responded to all my questions in a favourable manner everytime. I recommend Cube and will utilize their service in the future as needed. Thank you.”
“I used this storage facility for 2 years and had a very good experience. The units were always clean and dry, and I felt my belongings were well looked after.
The site manager, Shankar, is very helpful and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to help.
I highly recommend this place if anyone needs a reliable storage service.”
“Econo Storage is great - no fuss, simple and amazing. We've had our locker for 5 years ans always dealt with Alex. Alex is super kind, nice, helpful and understanding (He's the guy on the videos with the amazing announcer voice). When we needed a temporary second storage late last year, he was on top of it and everything went seemlessly well. I've referred my brother and mother here and also have no complains.”
“I've used a few storage lockers in my day in this place was probably the best. A lot of places can be smelly and moldy. This place was as clean as could be. Everything was dry I didn't have to worry about my stuff getting moldy and wrecked afterwards. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Maria just happened to be there on every single day I showed up and she was amazing. Very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. No games at all. The price was what they said. They gave clear receipts and guidance. They gave refund for the fob on the last day of rental. You just couldn't ask for a better experience. And you couldn't ask for a better helper than Maria :)”
“Great group of guys they showed up on time where very punctual and professional everything was taken care of and moved with extra care highly recommended company thanks again”
“We used Kavco for short-term storage of our art, antiques, china & crystal, and out-of-season items when we first moved to Vancouver. The locker was great, as it came with built-in shelving for all our "stuff." I had no qualms about storing these high-value items, as the facility felt very secure. Be forewarned that there isn't an elevator, so you'll need a first floor locker for that upright piano. Also, the facility is closed Sunday and open only until 2:00 PM on Saturday. If we still lived in North Vancouver, I'd still be using Kavco.”
“The best on the Northshore! I’ve used there services, off and on, since 2012 - and I have never had a complaint, only praises! I appreciate the courtesy, especially.”
“I have been a customer with Lions Gate Storage for 20 years and they have not let me down. Local people, always clean and organized, safe, and so helpful over the years. Love this facility and no plans to leave!”
“I’ve been dealing with Storguard Storage for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things about David. He has consistently been excellent—always helpful, knowledgeable, and ready with an answer to any question.
David is not only highly professional, but also genuinely friendly, positive, and kind, which makes every interaction a pleasure. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a great attitude.
Thank you, David, for your outstanding service over the years—it’s truly appreciated!”
“The facility is top notch and always clean. The tasting room is a great place to taste special bottles with like-minded wine lovers. Drew runs a first class operation here. He's quick to respond to emails and very easy to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.”
“Nice and huge storage facility, organized and well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly , they take time to show you around and explain every size difference ..highly recommend”
“Wonderful service! I easily booked online and was then contacted by email to set a time to meet up to get the lock, keys, and fob from Leili. She went above and beyond to meet and was very personable and professional. I feel very safe storing my belongings in the facility knowing all the security measures they have in place.”
“Everything is done on web but if call for question they respond quickly nice service. They have like 3 locations may need to look are available units. I picked one near coal harbor. Located inside a parking structure so easy to drive very close to unit and move boxes. They also have cart available if needed. Look secure.”
“Great storage facility with clean and secure units. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, and the hours are flexible for access.”
“they are always helpful and kind. the facility is secure and clean and prices are fair. washrooms and access could use some help to be more dependable and functional, with renovation upgrades and basic conveniences to be more useful and comfortable. i edited the hours, however that is renters access to their units. office hours differ and info is on the photo attached.”

“We had an easy, quick and enjoyable experience organising a small storage unit with Brett. He was a great help recommending something that suited our situation. We appreciate the help offered to us and the team of the storage facility.”
“I like that it is cent rally located with easy access, I would really like it if those rental vans don’t take the parking spots that are in the middle area and allow easy access to items that you have to move in or out.”
