“I've used a few storage lockers in my day in this place was probably the best. A lot of places can be smelly and moldy. This place was as clean as could be. Everything was dry I didn't have to worry about my stuff getting moldy and wrecked afterwards. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Maria just happened to be there on every single day I showed up and she was amazing. Very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. No games at all. The price was what they said. They gave clear receipts and guidance. They gave refund for the fob on the last day of rental. You just couldn't ask for a better experience. And you couldn't ask for a better helper than Maria :)”

“We used Kavco for short-term storage of our art, antiques, china & crystal, and out-of-season items when we first moved to Vancouver. The locker was great, as it came with built-in shelving for all our "stuff." I had no qualms about storing these high-value items, as the facility felt very secure. Be forewarned that there isn't an elevator, so you'll need a first floor locker for that upright piano. Also, the facility is closed Sunday and open only until 2:00 PM on Saturday. If we still lived in North Vancouver, I'd still be using Kavco.”

Located inside a parking structure so easy to drive very close to unit and move boxes. They also have cart available if needed. Look secure.”

“The hours are weird so it is better to call to talk to someone before coming if you are looking to rent. I was on a waitlist and was diligent with calling. The locker is huge and I pay 105$/mo and gave them my credit card number for monthly payment. It’s not a 24 hr facility but I don’t need to be there past 9pm. It’s clean with lots of dollies, individual alarms etc. it’s a win for me to have my apartment decluttered and easy access to my goods. Why are the other places so expensive??”
“I like that it is cent rally located with easy access, I would really like it if those rental vans don’t take the parking spots that are in the middle area and allow easy access to items that you have to move in or out.”
