“Been looking for a vehicle storage facility in Vancouver for sometime now and found a wonderful location a few months back called U-Lok Storage. I already have a car here but needed room for my 2 motorcycles as well. After constant inquires for more space the facility came up with a solution for me and it works wonderfully. “I used this storage facility for 5ish years and my experience was good. Better pricing than others. My unit remained dry and the security is very good. Only encountered 2 hiccups when the elevator and door near my unit was unaccessible, would've appreciated a "heads-up" email as navigating another route through the building was a little frustrating. At the end of the day, would rent there again.”

“There are times in ones life when things go off kilter. Having tp shut down my locker I've had for many years at Public Storage 663 Terminal has been my moment. It was a difficult months long process where Paris, the Manager and her team provided positive suggestions for me to downsize my space to reduce my costs save my locker. Inevitably for me, I had to let the locker go. Paris, in knowing this was a difficult time for me, treated me graciously and without stress to help mediate my situation. No one wants to fail like this in life, but through her process had given me opportunities to recover. Paris was very respectful regarding my final outcome and paying my debts to Public Storage which I believe is a very sincere company. Paris has been magnanimous by offering me a locker in the near future, once I get my business re-established. Thank you Paris for your kindness.”
“I have received nothing but awesome service for a terrific price here and I shopped around long and hard for my unit. The staff whom I've continuously had the luck to deal with here has the smooth tone of a TV announcer and goes out of his way to provide excellent service, by example getting my stroller up the stairs so I can walk up with my 2 year old safely.Some of the cheaper units are on a mezzanine up a short flight of stairs but they also have a newly renovated section on the ground floor for a very slight price increase, but it's not that much of a difference. Had I been aware of the pricing for ground floor units available (I asked for what was cheapest, not most convenient) I might have just went for one of these. It was good to learn after the fact that they did not try to upsell me something I didn't need. Totally recommend!”

“I have been using Mini Mall Storage for over 6 years, and I honestly have to say the facility is really nice, clean and secure. The storage environment is well controlled, as my belongings have not seemed to age a day, with even paper being keep in great condition. What really stands out though is service. Nahim, at the front desk, helped me remove my lock when I recently lost my keys, and had a ton of information on things like disposal options and the like. His helpful and positive attitude was really appreciated! Overall, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the place!”

“This place is great. My in-laws have a locker here, and during a recent move, my mother-in-law was sweet enough to pick up bundles of boxes for me. Upon dropping them off, she always had a fun story to tell of her visit to the storage depot. She would smile as she relayed how nice the staff here are. They would carry the boxes to her car for her, give her a free roll of tape, and one time she took my kids and a staff member there asked if he could give the kids some bubbles to pop! After not having the same great experience at the location near me in Burnaby, I drove to this location and was able to experience the kind of customer service that seems to be lost these days. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a man who looked like the manager in his well dressed button up dress shirt and trousers. He immediately asked if there was anything he could help me with and got to work with my request himself right away. I was there to purchase some boxes, which he also helped carry to my car with a complimentary roll of tape. While I was paying for my purchase, my 3 young kids ran around in the big open space, laughing and giggling. Instead of showing annoyance to their high energetic, silly game, the manager laughed along with them. The drive from Burnaby was ?% worth it! Thank you ?”

“Conveniently located and super secure indoor storage facility a 5 minute drive from downtown Vancouver. I selected this particular facility because clients can only access it during business hours so there’s no chance of undesirables wandering around the facility. There are ample loading bays, tons of dollies and when it comes to price, my locker was a third of the price that I was paying at Sentinal in South Van (terrible location). Very friendly and professional staff too. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I would 100% recommend and I'll be sure to use Access Self Storage again in the future if needed.I was initially worried about using Access Self Storage. I researched all the big brand storage facilities in the area and Access Self Storage were much much cheaper. At that price I was worried that it wasn't going to be secure, or perhaps damp and my stuff would get mouldy. None of that is true. I met the manager and we talked about the facility. He completely put my mind at rest. The facility secure and dry.On a side note, I locked myself out of the unit and they bent over backwards to help me get access and make my ferry connection. I 100% trust the team and would use the facility again.”
