However, when I walked into Nation Wide Self Storage Boundary, I had the pleasure of speaking to Salmin. He was friendly, welcoming, and showed an abundance of patience as he answered all the questions I had, seamlessly navigating me through the process. I felt like I was chatting with my long time friend who genuinely cared and listened to my storage needs. “Econo Storage is great - no fuss, simple and amazing. We've had our locker for 5 years ans always dealt with Alex. Alex is super kind, nice, helpful and understanding (He's the guy on the videos with the amazing announcer voice). “I've used a few storage lockers in my day in this place was probably the best. A lot of places can be smelly and moldy. This place was as clean as could be. Everything was dry I didn't have to worry about my stuff getting moldy and wrecked afterwards. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Maria just happened to be there on every single day I showed up and she was amazing. Very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. No games at all. The price was what they said. They gave clear receipts and guidance. They gave refund for the fob on the last day of rental. You just couldn't ask for a better experience. And you couldn't ask for a better helper than Maria :)”

“We used Kavco for short-term storage of our art, antiques, china & crystal, and out-of-season items when we first moved to Vancouver. The locker was great, as it came with built-in shelving for all our "stuff." I had no qualms about storing these high-value items, as the facility felt very secure. Be forewarned that there isn't an elevator, so you'll need a first floor locker for that upright piano. Also, the facility is closed Sunday and open only until 2:00 PM on Saturday. If we still lived in North Vancouver, I'd still be using Kavco.”

I ordered a second locker online and phoned them to follow up, and the assistant offered me a similar locker to the one I already own, right next to it - a difference of 8 floors! She was super friendly and efficient in making the necessary arrangements. I have been with them for many years and can recommend. E.g. if you can't make a payment on time, feel free to negotiate with them. They are very understanding and professional.”
