“the guy at the return counter actually rolled his eyes when i brought in the broken sprinkler head but then he just swapped it out no questions asked. i wasn't expecting that at all, i figured i'd have to fight for a refund or something, the whole situation totally turned around. they actually had the exact valve i needed for an ancient irrigation system i was repairing, i was shocked they'd carry something that specific. place is organized way better than the big box stores, you can actually find stuff without wandering for 20 minutes. honestly kind of sad it took me this long to stop going to the orange store, i'll definitely be back for my next project.”
