Though driving to there, I haven't visited the area post burnt surroundings. Of course I saw the news outlet pictures, but seeing the aftermath just broke my heart. We were having scheduling problems with our kitchen remodel (separate company) and John worked around the issues they raised to install the floor to allow the remodel to go forward. John's expertise was greatly appreciated. In addition, the install crew who put in the floor were as professional and meticulous as you could be. We had levelness problems with the slab and other issues, all of which were solved by the crew. Today was not how I planned to spend my Saturday. Sometimes you take that corner a little faster than you thought and when you arrive to dispose of 20 gallons of paint, one of those gallons decides to go for a trip of its own. And a fall. And end up all over the rear end of your vehicle.
This didn’t seem to pose an issue to them, they promptly jumped to helping me with the mess, allowing me to take my time cleaning up.

Tried ordering off Amazon before, but the filters show up kinda mangled. Some of their inventory requires a contractor's license, so you may wanna call ahead.”

“I really love your company and your customer-friendly policies. I recently started gardening, and I’ve noticed that many high-drain tools rely on proprietary batteries that aren’t compatible across brands.
It would be amazing if you could explore or develop a solution that allows LiFePO₄ tool battery packs to be used both for power tools and as an inverter power source. Imagine a backpack-style system that accepts these packs and converts them to 120V output—essentially letting one battery ecosystem run corded tools in the field.
You might even consider partnering with EcoFlow (makers of the Delta 3 Classic). Their portable generators deliver up to 1800W, charge in about 45 minutes, have a 5-year warranty, and weigh only around 25 lbs. A hybrid approach like this would pair extremely well with any corded tools.
Until the lifepo4 backpack becomes a reality. I’ve been finding tools on temu that use only makita compatible batteries, to solve the power tool battery inter-vendor compatibility problem. If more power is needed, there are tools that will accept 2x20v makita batteries instead of 1x 20v. You’ll have to use Temu to check out future trends and adapt or not, to understand what I’m talking about.
