“This is the only mask I will use. No straps so no face dents and it’s easy to get used to. My frustration comes from the nasal pads popping off in the middle of the night in the dark and air blowing into my face from the holes in the tubing. Both things wake me up but, I still prefer this “mask” to others.”

“Been using Remedy since the beginning of the year as we switched from Apria. Darren initially got us set up as we had a long list of supplies and then made they were delivered as promised since we needed them urgently after discharging from the hospital. We're still glad we made the change with Remedy because Kellsie is super diligent with any ongoing orders because she's always on top of doctors' back office to make sure they've sent the prescription. I cannot say enough of what Kellsie does for us because it's so nice for a provider to be proactive rather than reactive.”

“This is an old school, full service, neighborhood pharmacy. Forget the big box stores or the chain pharmacies. This is the place to go. I drive 15 miles just to get my prescriptions filled. They're friendly and knowledgeable, and always available. The best part is they don't act like they're annoyed when you ask a question. Please don't ever change!!!!”

“I had a knee replacement, and I was referred to Avasco. I met with Elias and he was so wonderful and so patient with me. I was given a CPM machine which I lovingly called my leg extender. I had to call Elias twice because I messed up the remote. He got back to me quickly and was able to walk me through to get the remote working right. I faithfully used that machine, and I truly believe it helped me to have a speedy recovery.I was also given an ice machine to ice my leg. Icing was also very important in my speedy recovery.Elias and Avasco deserve the five stars. Thank you so much Elias”
“Wonderful microscope service!I have utilized McBain Systems for the PM and repair of microscopes at work. The service manager, Bob Waldrop, is absolutely magical with all the microscopes we have (from standard uprights to fully automated systems). Labor, Travel and Parts costs are reasonable (especially compared to similar manufacturer services) and Bob has helped with random things from PMs/repairs to scooping out congealed lubricants in old microscopes and in the installation of parts that we could not figure out how to install on our own. Scheduling is fairly simple but invoicing does experience a few hiccups from time to time (the company would sometimes not register that payment had been made).”

“Went to see a specialist in Westlake and they suggested I get my prescription from Burt's instead of the Sav-on by my house because they are usually better stocked... so I did :) This pharmacy is a little far from where I live so I took a chance to see if they would fill my prescription while I was out in Westlake for my appointment - called them up and they let me know they could get it ready for me immediately! Walking in it's more like a women's clothing / novelty shop with a few aisles of medicine needs. There was actually lots of cute merch but I needed to stay on track and headed to the back which is where the pharmacy is. Such a friendly staff with amazing customer service! From the call to prescription in hand was about 15 minutes. If I was more local this would def be my go-to pharmacy.”

“First time coming in today which was suggested by the urgent care doctor at Sierra Vista, he claimed that my pharmacy has been running out of Rx's and he said it would be better for me to go here - took his advice and I'm happy I did!First off, the moment I walked in the employees greeted me warmly, Elijah was quick to take my information and told me it would be a few minutes. The Rx the doctor prescribed was out of pocket and the team went out of their way to call back the doctor and ask if they could give me a generic Rx so that my insurance could cover it. I mean WOW, they really did not have to do that but they did and I am so grateful for that due to my current financial situation.To make matters even BETTER they also gave me COVID tests for free which was such financial help because this weekend we had to buy some and they were not cheap! (Not saying they give everyone free COVID tests, so don't go in there asking for freebies because you see my review. Not advertising just appreciating my experience!)This place may be tiny, but their customer service is amazing way better than any other major pharmacy I have ever been to! I wish this pharmacy the best, and again thank you so much for making me feel better. You guys rock!”
