“Incredible customer service! I went to Version near closing and discovered a big issue. The employee stayed two hours after his shift to help me figure it out. He was super nice, funny, and determined to make sure everything was fixed. Truly above and beyond—I’m very happy!”
“My wife and I came in to upgrade our phones. Mike helped us out and was very patient with us and answered every question. He also showed me the breakdown of all the fees and also explaining the change of our new monthly payment. He also walked us through the phone transfers easily. Mike was very personable and easy to have a conversation with. Overall, if I need to upgrade my device again or refer anyone to upgrade their phones, I would highly recommend Mike in the Moorpark location.”
“Had the pleasure to be helped by Hugo today at the AT&T on Kanan Rd. in Agoura Hills. Hugo went above and beyond to provide the best customer care experience for me and my family. We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. I was impressed by his kindness and patience.I would 100% recommend this store!”
“I just went into this location because my phone wasn’t working (so there was no possible sale or upsell available) and I was helped by a gentleman named Andy. Andy was fast, courteous, respectful and was helping two people at the same time. He was super easy to talk to, down to earth and helpful and when it comes to customer service, you don’t always get lucky enough to have someone like Andy helping you out. I’m not sure who the manager of the store is, but I’m sure they probably already know…your boy Andy is him. All around perfect experience, thanks for all you do brother!”

“This place is really great! I dropped off my wife's iPhone to get the cracked screen fixed. They did a great job and the turnaround was only 1hr. So awesome highly recommended! Cheaper than all the other places I have been to get my cracked screens fixed. Was only $85 for screen replacement on an iPhone 6s. Check them out if you have a cracked screen you will be glad you did! They also have tempered glass screen protectors phone cases and some pretty cool headphones in there all for really reasonable prices. UPDATE a few months after getting my screen repaired it turned out that the screen was faulty but not a problem because Victor gives a lifetime warranty on his work and just replaced the screen again for free. What a great business I can't stress enough how awesome this place is. You need to go here for sure if your phone is cracked. They will set you up!”
“I kept being charged $10 for going over my data allowance. I went in to the AT&T store on Sycamore. Dee was very helpful and called the main office and they were able to get me on the unlimited plan. She was very helpful, I definitely would recommend her to anyone. They even refunded me the charges for going over the data plan.”
“Christian got 3 new lines activated for me. I told him I only had 45 minutes, he said he could do it in that amount of time. He was done in 40. Everything worked exactly as he said. I had a great experience and T mobile is saving me money over Verizon and seems to work just as well.”
“Came in to upgrade my phone and I am very pleased I was given different options for promotions. I didn’t feel I was being forced into buying other items or being upsold. Ashley I think is the sales person who helped me, she was very sweet and understanding when I told her I wasn’t trying to add so much to my bill. Overall left happy with my new iPhone 15!”
“My experience at this store was good. I was able to upgrade my phone in a timely manner and the employees were able to explain everything to me thoroughly.The store was desolate and looked like someone had just robbed the place. There were no phones on display and the workers kept talking about theft. It made me feel uneasy. There was one wobbly chair in the whole store. It felt like they don't want customers there.”
“Came here as i inadvertently dropped my Sim card. They spent a lot of effort to help me, for which I'm very grateful. Amusingly, their dmv card scanner wasn't working, which is the fault of Tmobile. They gave me another option which i was ready to implement. Succinctly, i went home and found my sim card.”

“My husband lost his wallet 7 months ago, and he couldn't remember where he lost it. After searching for all the possible locations ( only missed this one), we gave up. We didn't expect any miracle like some one would return it. However we received a letter one day from the Target telling us that the wallet was found and locked up at the service desk. We jumped for joy. So we drove here and told the lady at service desk. She quickly retrieved the wallet which had everything as before; DL, credit cards, cash, and other things. We always liked this store, but now we have more appreciation for the wonderful staff. It's a blessing to have it in our neighborhood.”

I walked in on another customer giving her praise for finding her earbuds and keeping them safe for her. She was calm, helpful and super quick with the activation. METROPCS is lucky to have her as an employee.”
“Wow, just WOW!!! After receiving the most incredible customer service I felt compelled to review this Walmart. We needed to buy approximately 85 bags of red mulch to freshen up our landscaping. We rented a 6x9 U-Haul trailer and when we got to Walmart we couldn't find it in the Garden area where it usually is. We did found Mary, an kind and helpful employee, who promptly called for someone to see if they still had any mulch. Shortly thereafter, Kamaran, showed up and said they moved & packed up the mulch to make room for Christmas displays. However, he'd be glad to try and locate it. It was found completely wrapped on several pallets near automotive. Without giving it a second thought, Kamaran got a forklift, moved a half dozen other pallets that were blocking the mulch pallets, and drove it to our trailer. He then jumped into action loading our trailer!! Mary helped and even taped some bags before loading them as well! We were so shocked at how both Kamaran & Mary never once complained or said we couldn't buy it as it was wrapped and ready to go. They lifted and carried those bags, while making us feel appreciated the entire time. On top of this, when we went to pay, the price was adjusted to reflect a nice discount. Also of note, the gentleman greeter in a wheelchair near the Garden door was very pleasant, and a few other employees we happened to cross paths with all greeted us with a warm smile. I'll say it again, WOW! Please give this Walmart a try. And BTW, they have just set up a pretty nice holiday section fully stocked with wonderful items. A+++++++++”

“Came in on a Saturday expecting to wait to get me and my family switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon and the whole staff there was super friendly. Everyone there was kind and knowledgeable on all my questions and concerns. Was worried about all the bad things you hear on “added fees” but the rep who was helping me explained everything in detail! Will come back to this store”
