“I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie and the level of customer service she provided me today. After spending HOURS on the phone with AT&T, speaking with multiple representatives, and contacting different stores trying to resolve an issue with a pending phone order, I was incredibly frustrated and felt like I had completely run out of options.
Stephanie took the time to actually listen to what was happening and, instead of simply telling me there was nothing she could do because the order was placed at another location, she took ownership of the situation. She explained everything to her store manager, who then contacted the manager of the original store on my behalf. Together, they were able to reach him while he was away at a conference and get the process started to cancel my order.
What impressed me most is that Stephanie did not have to do any of this. The order wasn't even placed at her store. She could have easily redirected me elsewhere, as others had done, but instead she genuinely tried to help me find a solution.
After such an incredibly frustrating experience, Stephanie was the first person who made me feel like someone at AT&T actually cared about resolving my problem. That kind of initiative, empathy, and customer service deserves to be recognized.
