“Beginning with Assurant's online web form for requesting repairs, CPR's location, availability, and their service make the monthly protection plan worth the cost. Fold owners likely know by now, owning these phone requires a protection plan. Assurant has been on point with dead pixel and battery weakness diagnoses. CPR was the repair facility aligned with replacement of the folding screen protector. As Samsung alone retains the ability to vacuum fit the foldable screen protector to an existing inner screen, Assurant sends the replacement screen protector attached to a new foldable screen. Assurant arranged for the replacement screen to be shipped and CPR confirmed OCT 10th as the first available date for installation of same. Alex was my tech and, as promised, he delivered my Fold 7 on time, 545p on a Saturday. After performing onboard diagnostics while I was still on site to confirm the phone was 100% functional I thanked Alex for taking the time and exited his store to draft this review. Assurant and CPR are a solid combination. Keep up the great work!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie and the level of customer service she provided me today. After spending HOURS on the phone with AT&T, speaking with multiple representatives, and contacting different stores trying to resolve an issue with a pending phone order, I was incredibly frustrated and felt like I had completely run out of options. Stephanie took the time to actually listen to what was happening and, instead of simply telling me there was nothing she could do because the order was placed at another location, she took ownership of the situation. She explained everything to her store manager, who then contacted the manager of the original store on my behalf. Together, they were able to reach him while he was away at a conference and get the process started to cancel my order. What impressed me most is that Stephanie did not have to do any of this. The order wasn't even placed at her store. She could have easily redirected me elsewhere, as others had done, but instead she genuinely tried to help me find a solution. After such an incredibly frustrating experience, Stephanie was the first person who made me feel like someone at AT&T actually cared about resolving my problem. That kind of initiative, empathy, and customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Stephanie! You turned an absolutely terrible experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate you going above and beyond for me. Five stars specifically because of you!”
