“Needed to upgrade our iPhone and showed up on a Friday about 1:30 in the afternoon. Signed up on the wait list and told about a half hour for service, all employees were helping customers. Pretty busy. About 15 minutes latter started the process. 20 minutes latter we were out the door with new updated phone. Be sure you and your phone are ready for the process to make it go smoothly.
