Extremely rude customer service woman named Hannah. She has been consistently impolite, and unhelpful. She literally threw my husband's debit card at him.

I've had meh service from Lourdes that was professional but unempathic and cold. However, today I had excellent service that was warm and customer-centric and went the extra mile in providing options and suggestions on how to save on fees from Manna. Citibank is fortunate to have her.
