“I had my first shots this am with my fully retooled espresso machine and I'm excited to have her back in action. I'll need to experiment with things as the flow is so much more than even when things were still working for me (which shows that the pump and plumbing was degrading over time), but should be all good as I adjust my inputs. The service was great and I appreciated the time each technician spent explaining things and also the video after servicing and before picking up. The work wasn’t cheap but I feel like I have a brand new machine. They love what they do and the pride in workmanship shows.”

“Golden Gate Office Solutions and their team were super fast in resolving our faulty equipment from another provider. Charles had stopped by a year prior and I kept his contact information. Low and behold, he was still working with GGOS! Charles got all the necessary people, paperwork, and implementation of a new device for us UBER fast!

We had a wonderful delivery and installation experience with Delivery (Jason) and or Service Technician (Nash). We even had a challenge where Nash reached out to their high tier tech Rob, who jumped on and remoted in for expert guidance to resolve in 5 minutes or less!

“John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”

“I like their self-serve copy machines. You can bring in a thumb drive with files on it and print from that for just a few cents. You can bring in your own paper so you can make t-shirt transfers for almost nothing. I made some temporary tattoos and they came out great. They also have mole skin books. I love those!”

“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

I read up on it and found some models and then read that it's good to check out office liquidator stores for good-quality furniture. So I wound up at Cycon. The selection is really great and the furniture is in great condition. Shirley directed me to the perfect things based on my specs (high-end discounted). I arranged to have Lugg pick up and deliver and they too did a great job, with efficient and affordable service.”

“My laser printer suddenly stopped feeding paper and I needed to print out COVID documents for an upcoming trip to Europe. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean the rollers, but it still wouldn't work. I called Printer Plus and was told that it could possibly be fixed the same day. Google showed that the shop wasn't too busy during lunch hour, so I took my printer in after 12PM and was the only customer there. Vinh came out and helped carry my printer in. After I explained the problem, he opened the paper tray and immediately identified a broken part, which he had in stock. It took just a few minutes for him to let me know the cost for parts and labor. He told me to go shopping and return in an hour. When I got back, he demonstrated that the printer was repaired and I was on my way. So nice to have such great service, plus Vinh is a very nice guy! I'd recommend his services to anyone who would like to keep a working printer rather than send it to the junk pile.”

“Stopped by today for a few snack items. I got a banana and a yogurt drink for 3.99. The banana was fresh and the yogurt drink was good as well. The have a little section where they sell sandwiches and tamales. They have a wide variety of drinks and food items (both refrigerated, frozen, and dry). They also sell school supplies. I wish I had more time to look around but I will definitely visit again. Employees were kind and they take EBT!”
