“I wanted to give a shout out to Albany Subaru service department. I was coming down to the bay from Sac and my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Not knowing what was happening with my 2013 outback, I limped into the service department. They offered me a courtesy vehicle while they held on to my car for a few days to diagnose the issue. Initially they said it was going to be $275 for the diagnostic (bit rough but ok). Turned out to be a transmission valve body issue that needed to be replaced. Apparently it was all covered under warranty (13 year old car with over 130k miles!) and they took care of everything. Nothing out of pocket! Wanted to say thank you!”
“The parts people were very helpful. Printed a drawing of a differential assembly to pinpoint the exact washers I needed. Things are pricy but that is not under their control”

“Extremely happy with Carstar. I had them replace my bumper and Paul was so great to work with. Very fair pricing. I got a quote from another highly reviewed place and Carstar was cheaper by hundreds, and didn't charge extra for paying with a credit card.
Bumper was fixed fast, looked as good as new, which I didn't think was possible to match the paint on a 12 yo car but somehow it looked perfect. Car came back pristine washed and tires were dressed. Wow. Just very impressed at the extra service. Would highly recommend Carstar!”
