So much better then Firestone down the street on San Pablo. The people at firestone lie bad!!! Go to Tire Choice much better”

Just a little touch of kindness, they vacuumed the front carpet and told me I needed to replace my 8 yo tires.”
“Brought my car in for the first time yesterday after BMW quoted me close to $1600 for an oil change, air filter change, vehicle diagnostic, and brake fluid change. They were able to take me in the next morning and quoted me $600 less than BMW did. Service only took like three hours compared to a full day that BMW would’ve taken. Appreciate their honesty, great prices and professionalism. I’ll be back!”

“I had a bumper that needed fixing on my hoop tie and happened to see Albany Body Shop. I went in and talked to the gentleman sitting at the desk and explained to him the situation. He said come back in an hour and I will have it fixed. I walked around for an hour came back and it was fixed like magic. “I randomly walked into this auto repair shop when my TPM system showed I had a loss of pressure in my rear tire. Robert was able to repair my tire and get me back on the road all in about 20 minutes from the time of my request until the repair was completed. This says a lot about a repair shop when they are helpful, kind, and go out of their way for a walk in near the end of the day.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to Albany Subaru service department. I was coming down to the bay from Sac and my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Not knowing what was happening with my 2013 outback, I limped into the service department. They offered me a courtesy vehicle while they held on to my car for a few days to diagnose the issue. Initially they said it was going to be $275 for the diagnostic (bit rough but ok). Turned out to be a transmission valve body issue that needed to be replaced. Apparently it was all covered under warranty (13 year old car with over 130k miles!) and they took care of everything. Nothing out of pocket! Wanted to say thank you!”
“This is a great station where they have avoided the current trend of hiking prices ridiculously. Their prices are consistently at least $.50 lower than nearby stations, and often more. I really appreciate business owners who are not taking advantage of Covid to inflate prices. It's a good business model - then you get many repeat customers who love you. They also keep the station very clean, and there's always windshield washer brushes in water to wash your windshield with, and the store is nicely run. Thank you!!!”
“The parts people were very helpful. Printed a drawing of a differential assembly to pinpoint the exact washers I needed. Things are pricy but that is not under their control”
