New building. Very clean. Problem was the atm machines card tap feature was not working. Asked the teller for assistance and she confirmed the tap feature on both machines doesn’t work. If you visit be sure to bring physical card.

This branch is a gem. Location is great and the service is excellent. I cannot say the same for other sites or for overall Citibank service. But if you need actual service. This particular branch is great.

I made my first visit to Citibank on Solano and dealt with Kevin C. Ortiz. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with a cashier check, clarified CDs for me, helped me with the details of a wire transfer, and other things. Thanks very much Kevin!
