The people are really friendly and helpful here. As far as the big banks go, they're among the best. Four stars instead of 5 because the parking at this branch is non-existent and street parking is terrible. But I come here a because they're good people.

Maria Romero always provides excellent customer service! There's a reason she's one of the longest serving representatives at the Berkeley branch. Definitely a keeper!
