“This gym is the best because they have light weight hand weights which no other gyms do. When I'm trying to get back into shape, I need 1, 2, 3 and 5 pound weights. Other gyms only have 1 set that is typically already being used or none. Also the staff at the Albany branch YMCA are too notch. They pay attention when I scanned in, pronounced my name correctly and went out of the yr way to sign me up for a class that I had missed. Clean, new equipment & warm accessible classes. Love this gym”
