“Purchased a wall-hung Toto toilet with a bidet from Townsend. Throughout very communicative and quick to respond on calls. Free delivery within SF included as well. Price was also better than other options online I found. Hopefully we won't need another new toilet soon but if we do, I'd buy again from Townsend.”

“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. As we have lived in the home over the past few months, we have noticed things that needed to be updated, and Navaz and Or have made sure to send out a crew and fix these things, and they have also stopped by to ensure we are happy.When I first signed with them, I am unsure if the reviews were legit but truly, the work is top notch. The owner spent a good amount of time hunting down an obscure tool to help me remove an obscure faucet cartridge, then helped me remove the cartridge, as it was frozen. “We are currently in the process of a whole house remodel with Gilmans and could not be happier with the process. Since we knew it was going to be a big project we spent a great amount of time finding the right partner to and we found it in Gilmans. The designer, Rashad, is amazing at being able to take our thoughts and ideas and put together a cohesive look and feel for the entire house. We were appreciative in his approach of getting to know us and then bringing in fresh ideas based on his knowledge and experience.
We are early in the build stage and every step of the way the whole team has been communicative and organized in keeping things on schedule. We receive weekly update emails that keep us abreast of progress and updates.

“Granite Expo has some great options, for DIY or work through a contractor or designer, which I highly recommend, especially if you are a novice. Their prices are very good, so you need to take responsibility for your order and check and double check measurements. Their cabinetry ranges from traditional shaker, which is very affordable, to semi custom modern cabinetry , which is what I chose. Their staff will help you with design but you need to know what you want and what your budget is before you go in. They have become a fairly one stop design shop for most kitchen/bathroom remodels; cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring, some tiling and accessories.
Chris, the manager in Emeryville , goes out of his way to make his customers happy and is interested in design himself. I would definitely recommend going to Granite Expo. I worked with Jennie on the designs and she was very good. Thanks to Granite Expo I love my new kitchen.”

I worked with Chad from the beginning and he listened to my issues regarding how I hated my current kitchen because it's outdated, too high and has a weird flow. Based on my issues, he was able to create a gorgeous kitchen with function. I have more storage space than before and I'm loving the pull out shelves, hidden drawers, the matching appliances, etc. I couldn't be happier! We chose the Toto Neorest LS. What we liked most about working with Lutz Plumbing was the convenience and coordination of 1-stop shopping. Not only did Lutz handle the toilet purchase, they also coordinated the electrician (Eddy), the dry walling and painting (once again Eddy), made some plumbing modification, and installed the toilet (Julien). Julien was also kind enough to give us a short tutorial on using the new Toto Neorest LS bidet. We highly recommend Lutz Plumbing.”

“Berkeley Design Center remodeled our master bathroom. They not only did a fantastic job, but they were extremely considerate—being there when we expected them, and keeping their workspace clean. It was a challenging job, since our space is relatively small, but their design was beautiful and the execution of the design was masterful. Also, with their guidance we were able to get the best state of the art fixtures and beautiful accessories. We are so happy with them we plan to use them for our future remodeling projects. I highly recommend them.”

They have great toys, crafts, hardware, housewares, accessories, and pajamas and shoes, and snacks! They really do have everything. We get our house slippers here. You can't beat their prices and the owners are pleasant.”

We remodeled our kitchen using Global Tile and more recently (January) did our master bathroom and outside patio. WOW is all we can say. “I was changing out my EV plug for a Hubbel brand NEMA 14.50 and my old faceplate didn't fit. Home Depot was useless, an employee recommended Bayshore.
