“Anthony helped me upgrade my work boots. I came in with an idea of getting the cowgirl style boots but was in-between getting those or another lace up boot style like I currently have the Irish setters which aren't made anymore so Anthony got me scanned up on my feet posture, and recommended some inserts. I'm about to try on these beautiful ? work boots around the house see how they feel throughout the day. I'm hoping it all works out. Thank you Anthony for polishing up the old work boots and sending me off with a new pair of laces to use them as maybe a back up work boot scenario. “I rarely write a review about anything. I think the only other time I've been on Yelp was to complain about a car dealership pre-Covid. This time it's to praise the quality of the shoes The Walk Shop offers. I have many shoes from your store and I'm ALWAYS pleased! Two days ago, I realized I have a trip coming up and needed a new pair of comfortable black, semi-dress shoes. The only store I even considered going to was The Walk Shop! Once I arrived, in less than 10 minutes, I selected several different options, tried them on in my size, made a decision and was done with my purchase. Turns out I needed them for an event yesterday, too, and ended up having to do ALOT of unexpected walking and tons of going up and down stairs. NO PROBLEM!! My legs weren't even tired and I'm almost 67 years old! The right shoes make ALL the difference! And I swear that your prices have barely increased in the last few years. Even if I'd paid more, they are worth every penny! A GREAT value for an excellent look and comfort! I'll be back!”

“More than a shoe store! I went in for a pair of shoes and walked out with exercises to do at home. The owner Craig (a physical therapist) and his assistant Luis evaluated my gate and leg strength…they fitted me with the best shoe for particular problem and taught me some exercises for strengthening my hips and stretching my calves. Apparently the workers are pre-med which explains the high quality of care I received. I just did the suggested exercises and lo and behold, my hips hurt…I had no idea they were so weak! They explained why. Anyway, in my entire life I’ve never been walked into a shoe store and walked out with so much! And my shoes are super cute too!”

“The person who helped me choose running shoes at Renegade was so great! I am just starting as a runner and noticed my feet tend to roll out, so I wanted some help choosing new shoes. The guy asked a lot of questions and gave me four options that took into account both my concerns and also my previous shoes. I have been so happy with the ones I got. Also, really appreciated that all the pairs he brought out were in the same reasonable price range so I didn’t have to evaluate value in a product that I don’t know anything about. I’m an active non-athlete so I am often doing hobbies and sports that I only know a little bit about, and I really appreciate when people who are experts are just kind and non-judgmental!”

This entire review is for the employee that waited on us. I have been in this store several times and I've never felt very welcomed there. Until this last time I think it was mother's Day. She helped my sister try on shoes and humored us as our mother ...did what mothers do ?
I really appreciated her professional attitude and kind demeanor. The few times I've been in this store it's just been stuffy and quiet. This day there was music and good vibes and I enjoyed it. If I didn't live so far away I suppose I would give them my money.”
“My girlfriend and I came in a few days ago to find her some new shoes for work. She has high arches and has a hard time finding shoes that provide all-day comfort. Karen helped find several options and we ended up getting the Dansko Poppies. They have helped my girlfriend so much! She’s able to stand for 8 hour shifts with significantly less pain.
