“Went into the store yesterday looking for new pants for my kid who just experienced a massive growth spurt - it's been tough finding baggy pants in his size (small waist, super long legs). Patrick noticed me flailing, and took over in the best possible way. Connected with my son, really listened to the vibe he was going for, convinced him to try on some stuff that he would have immediately shot down if I had been the one to suggest it, and was genuinely invested in making him feel confident in his decisions. We ended up with two pairs of pants and a shirt, and my kid couldn't be happier. Patrick, I can't thank you enough - you really made our day!”

“Incredible experience in an urgent situation last month. I had a shoe break on the way to a wedding on an early Saturday morning. I stopped in desperate to find a quick replacement as a car-full of family waited outside. The sales person (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) understood the assignment and was friendly, informative and enthusiastically recommended boot options and quickly helped me try on various sizes.They even picked out socks and sprayed with water repellant for the rain. You saved our day, thank you so much! Also, love the boots!”

“It is a 'luck of the draw' to find exactly what you're looking for, in your size and on sale. I'm a pretty standard size, so rarely do I walk out without finding an awsome bargain and buying it.

“Anthony helped me upgrade my work boots. I came in with an idea of getting the cowgirl style boots but was in-between getting those or another lace up boot style like I currently have the Irish setters which aren't made anymore so Anthony got me scanned up on my feet posture, and recommended some inserts. I'm about to try on these beautiful ? work boots around the house see how they feel throughout the day. I'm hoping it all works out. Thank you Anthony for polishing up the old work boots and sending me off with a new pair of laces to use them as maybe a back up work boot scenario. Thank you for your time and attention, it was a great experience.”
