“Located in the Monrovia landing shopping center so there is ample parking, O'Reilly offers a free veri scan service which provides you the ability to scan your engine and find out why your check engine light is on, it's a large auto parts store with a wide array of parts and accessories for all your automotive needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Came here to pick up some light bulbs for my Honda pilot and they had all of them in stock for the rear lights. Got the economy ones, the check out line was long it's always busy or empty here. Staff is helpful the young lady helped me search up the lights for me and I picked them.”

“Love this wonderful helpful place. I came in with a severe issue. Old truck and batteries keep going bad after only 6 months. Rene the woman working there and i talked at length and we figured out the cause! I had installed a new alarm system at Hamer Toyota who hired and outside vendor to remove what turned out to be two alarm systems the previous owner had put in. Clearly he was a moron. I had them remove those and thought I need a new one. It is a old 2002 Tundra but only had 195k miles on it. Long story, but we determined it had to be that new alarm system draining my battery at night causing my horn to suddenly blast when the battery was going dead after only a week after having driven in several miles on the freeway! So I returned the battery to another auto parts store as it was under warranty and she said perhaps putting in a very powerful battery will solve the problem. I bought it and she came and looked at my terminals, instead, I should probably get new terminals as one was very old And rusted. I then took it to an american tire depot, where they installed the new battery and the new terminals, and it started right up perfectly.And i'm certain that must have been the problem.And I felt so much better. I told Rene gurrrrl you rock and should be the manager. She helped me when no men could at two auto places. She at least deserves a raise. Yay for women mechanics !!!!”
“Tran was wonderful to help me with the battery replacement for my 2019 Lexus ct200. Check with another auto parts place and was told because of the rain and the fact location of the battery and that they would have to remove a plastic piece…they could not service my car.
The lady at this location was very helpful and when she could not find help. She called out for TRAN. She explained the situation and how special tools would be needed. TRAN responded, I can do it. He was an angel in my hour of need. I was drive back to Fresno and was so worried about the check engine light Thank you O Riely and special thanks to TRAN”

“I've been coming here for years. Recently Andrew helped me excellently (prompting this 5 star review): I had intermittent electrical issues with my backup/tail lights and was about to take it to a mechanic for an expensive diagnosis- but Andrew suggested bending the bulb connections (with a small screwdriver) so it made better contact, saying it was a common issue. I bent the connections out and added Bulb grease at his suggestion. It worked! Andrew then helped me test it. Good dude.
PS. The way O'rilley has their POS card readers set up currently, payment is lightning fast- and I love it! Maybe you'll notice it now too.”
“like somewhere I actually felt taken care of for once, which is rare going to a parts store. I walked in needing a battery hold down for my car and the guy at the counter walked me back to the isle and even checked the computer to be sure it was the right part. they had what I needed in stock for a good price and I was in and out in like 5 mins max.

“I went to get an oil change the place didn't have the oil my car needed so I had to buy it and pay him just a labor fee, this store was close by so I stopped by to get the oil and filter, my knowledge in finding oil filter was really bad Maria an employee who worked there passed by with a cheerful attitude and helped me find the oil filter for my car her being helpful and her cheerful attitude made my day, she was amazing.”
