From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various mattress options without overwhelming us. You can tell he really understands his products and genuinely wants to help customers find the right fit.
What we appreciated most was that Thomas was friendly and approachable, but never pushy. He gave us the space to try out different mattresses while still being available to answer all our questions. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful.

I’ve dreamt of owning a la-z-boy since learning about them as a child and achieving one is a rite of passage as I am journeying through my midlife. Would definitely buy again, but it might have to be an addition or for other furniture because their 50 year warranty on top of their quality construction makes these irreplaceable.”

1. A Manager named Bailey followed up with me on the 4th of July to address my concerns, investigate the complaint and resolve the issue. She went above & beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Lovesac is lucky to have an employee like Bailey.

“i came in looking for a decent chair and ended up walking out with a whole new setup for my living room the sales guy was super chill and not pushy at all he actually listened to what i needed not just trying to upsell me on everything
quality is legit for the price teh sofa im sitting on right now is way more comfy than i expected and its holding up better than my old stuff from the big box stores already
took about two weeks to get delivered but the guys who brought it in were nice even helped me move some other furniture out of the way
im definately going back next time i need something couches tables whatever”

“I left feeling super relaxed and actually excited about a mattress for once. Tried out a few different models and the adjustable firmness thing is way better than I thought it would be. The consultant was really patient with my wife and I going back and forth on what felt comfiest, she didnt rush us at all while we were debating memory foam vs air chambers.
Teh store itself is clean and well laid out, not super showroomy or anythin but it wasnt too busy for a saturday afternoon either which was nice. Walked out knowing exactly what we wanted after years of being stuck on a cheap bed thats gettin lumpy. Cant wait for this thing to arrive, hopfully it holds up as well as the one we test drove in the store”

They created a custom couch for under the pergola that couldn’t be more perfect. It has built-in storage that’s not only practical but beautifully integrated, making it feel like it was always meant to be there.
